I absolutely love that this litter is made from diatomaceous earth, it’s a much more natural and healthier option than some of the other products on the market and it makes me feel good about using it for my cats. It clumps well, which makes cleaning super easy.
The only big downside is that it doesn’t cover up smells. The first time my cat used it I had to sift it immediately because the smell was strong. It was pretty dusty when I first poured it, but thankfully there were no tracks left on our hardwood floors.
While this may seem like a negative review, this litter may have actually saved me from having to rehome one of my cats. He is very sent averse and hardly uses the box, but since starting to use this litter he has used the box consistently every day. It could also be a texture issue for him, but since I can’t talk and ask I am definitely sticking with this litter from now on.

Have a cat box in my bedroom for my daughter when she comes to visit. I can’t even smell that a cat has been here when she comes. I don’t have to change it every time. It seems to dry the poop right out so it’s easy to scoop and dispose of. Better than clumping cat litter and the awful clay smell

I have used this for about a week now and will likely not be purchasing again. It is extremely dusty, gets everywhere and has similar odors to clumping litters. The only positives I have found are that it is relatively cheap, will last a while, and is comparable to other non clumping litters and the litter material actually seems good. It does track a lot as well.

This cat litter is awesome it absorbs the urine instead of collecting on the bottom and making a nasty smell and the other stuff is easy just to scoop out I don’t have to clean it as much and the last a lot longer than my cat seems like a better to.

They cats don’t seem to love this one either. The sometimes use the litter box and other times poop on the floor in front of it. If you have picky cats it may not work

It is not only super dusty but doesn’t even last a week before it’s unbearable. My kitty Atropa Belladonna hates it and has a tendency to kick it EVERY WHERE when I try to use it. After 3 days in the litter maid she hates it. My other cat, Lily Munster, has been peeing from inside but the pee landing outside of the box because she hates this litter. It doesn’t contain smells longer than 24hrs and is tracked all over my house. NOT a good value or worth the money.

Well, at first this product was less expensive than the crystals, so I gave it a try. If you shake down the dust BEFORE opening the bag, it makes a big difference. I like that it is scent-free, and that it is a ‘natural’ clay product so can go out in the city compost, reducing garbage. It works in the Petsafe scoop-free litter box.
But this litter doesn’t work as well as the crystals at keeping odours down and drying out the poops. 3 months later it is more expensive than the crystals. I still think it is better than any clay-clumping litter I have tried.
Buying permanent pans for the PetSafe scoop-free litter box was most helpful in saving $ and waste.
