Mainly suitable for rodents or small/baby rabbits. Bought it for my cavies, good size for most of them except a couple of my larger adults. Made from grass, willow and burlap no strange glue or unsafe pieces on mine. Arrived intact and as ordered(first time ordered, last order not recieved, carrier has yet to deliver). Doesn’t last terribly long if left in cage at all times due to chewing and piggies soiling it so something to keep in mind. Would give 5 stars no problem if was $10 or less, at the point I would get perfect value for the money. Will purchase again just not often due to price.

I love the look and feel of this Prevue Hendryx 1098 Nature’s Hideaway Grass and thought she would love it. I must say she does spend some time rubbing her neck and chewing the wicker. I think maybe she would enjoy a size larger as she wants nothing to do with playing inside of it. I am a first time care giver to a New Female Rabbit. I rescued Missy back in Jan./2016 and I guess she might not be more than a month old. OMG I had to learn so much so quick and of course always learning more every day. Anyways I want her to have Healthy Chew toys, but think I make some of my own plus I know a bit more of what material it’s made of. Not knowing much about this product, it does look and feel well made. I add some Timothy Hay to the inside and she enjoys that for a bit.

This is a very small short tunnel it is very sturdy & I can see a guinea pig or gerbil loving it & it will last a long time.

I can’t give these enough praise. They are very well made and last for a while. I have 6 giant females guinea pigs who fit perfectly and lasts them over a month. And 2 regular sized male (different cage) lasts a few months. They are very strong and they don’t fall apart. They stay in the cage even when chewed down to just a few rings. My pigs have hay balls, wooded chew barrel, constant hay, fresh veggies, and pellets. Yes they are spoiled. They love to chew on this, but even better, they love to play and it difficult to find tunnels that larger pigs can fit in. I’ve built my babies 6×3 cages and leave them in there all the time. But even if you have a small cage, you can still use these for floor time if you can’t keep it in the cage. $16 is expensive, but for the amount of time they last and the amount of fun they have with them, they are worth the price. You will not be disappointed with their enjoyment and yours!

Long enough to give her plenty of hiding space, but still fits easily in her condo. I’m pretty sure the burlap edges wont last long, but she has already decided that it’s a good hiding place for nuts. Now to figure out how to attach it so it doesnt roll. The hole edges help, but it still moves quite a bit when she’s playing.

My bunnies love them

My guinea pigs enjoyed hiding in this product as well as eating it. I was just happy it lasted as long as it did. The price is comparable to anything I’ve seen in pet stores so I would recommend.

This is a loosely woven hay tunnel which my bunny (not rabbit loves). She’s only about 2 pounds and can easily fit into the holes. I expect she will still be able to fit into it when she is at full size of about 4-5 pounds though I’m not sure if a 9 or 10 pound rabbit could fit in it. It is loosely made which she apparently likes. It’s the first thing she has enjoyed chewing on and although some might consider this a negative I look at her chewing on this much better than her chewing on my carpet or furniture. She’s little, I doubt it will last more than a couple of weeks. I’ll give an update on how long it takes before she destroys it.
UPDATE: When I initially wrote this the bunny was 1 pound 10 oz. She is now full grown at 2 pounds 8 oz. She can squeeze into the tunnel but it’s not as easy as it used to be. A ferret or guinea pig would love this, my very small bunny loved it as well but my very small rabbit is already too big. I keep it in there for her to hide behind but she no longer runs through it like she used to. Because of how very small she was when she outgrew it, I’m going to recommend against bunny owners from purchasing this product.

Not great, my rabbits ripped it apart within 20 minutes and ate it. The edging is like a lace material and stuck on with glue. Cheap and nasty. The remains are in the photo.

This is by far the best guinea pig toy ever. I buy one every couple of months, our piggies never get tired of it. They hide in it, run through it, and eat it. They like to drag it around the floor and bring into their hideys to chew on. It doesn’t fit in hidey, of course. We have four fully grown piggies and all of them the grass tunnel. I now purchase them two at a time.
If anyone was concerned about the burlap edges, our pigs have never chewed on it. I usually cut it off and the tunnel kind of unravels, but not too much.
