Got this as a gift for my mother and she loves it

Unfortunately I didn’t have my anklet on 30 mins and it broke. I went from one room to the other and found it on the floor shortly after. Where the K and e was soldered, it didn’t have enough support.

I really appreciate that this is custom made but I don’t think certain letters work on an ankle. In this case, the capital K was too large and the two lines on top of the K poke the ankle above and the two lines at bottom dig into ankle/foot below. The letters are sharp and chunky not smooth or soft. The chain, clasp, and letters all look cheap. It is thin and brittle and looks like it will break if actually worn. Poor quality. I do not recommend and do not think it was worth the money paid. I was embarrassed to give it to the person intended and I could tell how disappointed she was too. She’s never been able to wear it.

It was a successful gift to my girlfriend, she loved it so I love it. As of right now i don’t know if it’ll rust quickly or if the silver will fade into copper but it was a great purchase. The customizing preview you get before purchasing is spot on accurate, i got exactly what was shown

The product we ordered came to us with a misspelled name and shoddy workmen ship. We contacted the Pictures on Gold Company, and they said nothing could be done as we ordered it through Amazon. We then contacted you and was told nothing could be done. So, we were left with a very poorly made ankle bracelet that was a Christmas gift for my granddaughter. Very very disappointed in this order and with both companies involved. I wish I knew how to get a picture of this item to send to you but unfortunately, I do not knowhow. Is this a better worded criticism for this lousy made ankle bracelet.

Very nicely handcrafted and the value was great
