pidan Cat Escape Proof Adjustable Harness (Multicolor-M Size)

 About 3 months of moderate use:
The harness adjusts great and even fit her when she was 6 months old. It has good firm connections at the neck and under their arms. The clasp on the leash is unusual looking and makes it feel different than a dog leash. It is a good material and the colorful design is really pleasantly done. I checked and the underside of the harness (the side on her body) has smooth transitions so it doesn’t snag her fur or skin.

If I had one /complaint/ then the neck adjustment is the wrong range. You can tighten the neck beyond the smallest setting for a kitten but the adjustment strap on the outside pops out (totally aesthetic and not a real problem, my cat grew up and it doesn’t happen anymore). That’s what is happening when I tightened it on my wrist in the video, it is smaller than the design but still works if you wanted to start training early.

One night when I wasn’t watching she slipped an arm out of the chest strap but I tightened the strap and haven’t had an issue since. There is a mental block against a well fitting harness on a fluffy cat but if you can slip more than a couple fingers under the loop there is probably too much room. The first time she wore the harness she duck-walked but after a bit of positive reinforcement and with more time she acts totally normal about it. As people have said the harness does lean to one side or another as she wanders in new directions but she doesn’t seem to mind and if it does bother you the only solution is to follow closely behind them keeping the leash at a specific angle.

We were so pleased to have an option other than crating our cat to go to the vet or anywhere else. It is easy and pleasant to introduce her to new surroundings or take her in the car, just like how dogs are treated. She does not walk well on the leash but we haven’t attempted to train her. Mostly our cat gets more freedom and is learning to be flexible. She is not treated like a scared prisoner in a portable cage to see new things from behind bars. Let your cat be part of the world!

Me encanta el producto, la calidad y suavidad es excelente , es ajustable, algunos usuarios comentan que su mascota se salía del arnes, creo que es mas de escoger la talla correcta. Mi gato pesa aprox. 4.8Kilos y le compre la talla L y le quedo perfecto, pareciera que le queda muy cómodo y le puedo sujetar bastante bien, además se ve super elegante.

My cat is about or a little less than 12 pounds and the neighbor said she is skinny compared to his cats, I think his cats are too big. The X-Large size was perfect for my cat. She refused to be put in anything to go anywhere. I slipped this on her and she did not feel restricted, no fuss at all! What a great harness and leash set! There is some room to adjust the straps if a cat was bigger. I was worried there would not be enough length between the neck collar and the body harness. It fit perfect. I think I will buy another one for spare, it is my only solution for my cat. It is well made and the colors are nice. Money well spent.

We have tried a lot of cat harnesses, and this one is definitely the best one we’ve had. It fits the cats in the right places and is adjustable enough to wear. It’s very hard for them to get out of it but it’s not hurting them. Other harnesses cat has rolled out of immediately. We have two cats. One is what I would call a normal cat, even though she has her own personality and quirks. The other cat is what I would call the descendant of a jaguar who must’ve mated it with a domestic cat along time ago and left all his jaguar instincts in our small little tuxedo cat. He is the most beautiful, lean, crazy, determined, strong-willed, vocal “dog/big cat/people” acting cat I’ve ever met. I’ve successfully taken him on some walks with this harness (when I say, take him on walks, I mean, I carry him, but he can’t escape, I do not mean that he calmly walks down the street- that would not be in his nature), but he did escape the harness at a vet visit, which turned into hilarious (afterward), but long fiasco that left us banned from that particular vet. So if you have a normal cat, I would say this harness is probably the best one I’ve ever tried because, even my little darling could not escape most of the time— he had to get extremely (extremely) angry at a veterinarian and her needles before he could break free from it, and even then it was only on the third or fourth shot before he actually got mad enough to break free. We are all still not even sure how he did it, it’s that good of a harness. lol
