These taste…odd. Almost buttery. They aren’t terrible tasting, but they aren’t good either. Texture is good though. I have been using them for a couple weeks and I think they help. Not a crazy difference by any means and no change to milk production.

Good flavor, taste like candy. They don’t have an aftertaste either which is good. I tried many postnatal and prenatal vitamins and these are by far the best. I noticed some hair growth, more energy and overall health. However I do eat very nutritious foods and I been taking my ppd medication. I will definitely recommend it.
