Plackers Twin-Line Dental Flossers

I’m pretty old school when it comes to flossing. I’m used to using a long thread, but on a whim decided to try these based on the great reviews, and I’ve converted!

These are not only affordable and a great value for the number you receive, but seem to clean so much more thoroughly than my old dental floss string. One concern I had was they’d break as you floss, but I’ve really been pretty rough on them and they held up like a champ. I also love the little pick that folds out. I use it to kind of scrape the outsides of the teeth, for a completely clean and fresh feel.

Overall, very happy with this product and highly recommend it.

Compared to the single string, more bits get caught between the double strings. You need to wipe off the floss more often but it also means there is not as much debris for the pick to push out and potentially leave behind. I like these.

Until recently I’d not used this style of dental flossers. I was missing out on a very convenient tool in the dental care arsenal. In my experience as someone who’s unfortunately had to have a lot of dental work, having this style of flosser available makes getting to tough spots in between teeth much easier.

I still use regular floss, but the rigid floss pick is more sturdy and easy to manage than just floss string alone. Having an added pick that can be folded out of the base is a useful extra feature, too.

I have a set of Mason-jar type bathroom accessory holders for Q-Tips, cotton balls, etc. One is dedicated to holding these flossers to have them close at hand. Corralled in the holder they look very attractive with their soft aqua color, too. I hate adding more plastic to landfills, but I’m not away of anyone making this kind of item out of bamboo or other type of wood.

There are 75 flossers in the package, which should last me a few months of everyday use. The flossers are conveniently resealable and travel-friendly because they are packaged in a Sure-Zip bag.

Compared to single-line flossers, the twin-line design provides almost twice as much cleaning action, efficiently eliminating food particles and plaque and leaving the mouth remarkably clean. Nevertheless, in order to keep the flossers from breaking, one should exercise caution and refrain from using too much effort.

While some people may find the flavor too overpowering and may wish to examine alternative options, the cold mint flavor provides a pleasant touch to the flossing routine. A dental toothpick that folds out of the flosser is also included, and it’s helpful for getting into places that are difficult to clean and removing larger food particles.

Overall, these flossers are durable, effective, and convenient for maintaining healthy gums as part of a daily oral care routine.

This product is really great. The easy storage is a bonus, and the 75 count pack means I don’t have to worry about running out anytime soon. Love the cool mint flavor – leaves my mouth feeling fresh after each use. Also, it’s super convenient for travel. I can easily pop it into my bag and go. Highly recommend!
