Before I was only able to fit 5 of the 3700 standard size boxes in my bag. Now, I can fit 7 of the Plano slim boxes. I hate stacking lurers on top of each other and fighting the hooks to get them out. I wish Plano would release a slim utility in a size 3600! I’d buy 5 or 6 for my 3600 bag too, lol. (bag in photo is Ozark Trail large tackle bag. Gray/blue boxes are Flambeau 5007ZM – which are awesome in their own right)

I currently have three 3700 thin, one 3600, and one terminal tackle edge box and love every single one! The boxes are significantly more sturdy than the standard 3700/3700 thin. I’m using the 3600 for jigs and chatterbaits. It’s the perfect size for an average collection of jigs/chatterbaits. I have replaced my 10+ year old 3700 thins that are still in good shape and can only imagine how much longer these will last. The hinges feel to be extremely strong and the single handed design feels sturdy as well. The combination of sturdiness, ease of one handed use, and ability to increase storage efficiency is worth the increased price. If you’ve considered these boxes at any point, go ahead and order them! You won’t be disappointed!

Great units by Plano. Little pricey but VERY very well worth it. Very flexible in being able to adjust space as needed. You can see in the video it’s easy to manage easy to open and close with one hand and perfectly slim. I bought the slim version and the regular. I should of stuck with the slim for my type of gear. Though they are great very well made. I would buy more when they go on sale.

Works great in the new Plano Tackle Bag. I like that these are thin, there is not all that dead space in these which helps the lures stay in place better. I can also fit more of these in my new tackle bag. I will be getting more in the future.

I have 15 Plano Edge boxes. They are expensive for certain but keep expensive baits safe and organized. The boxes is easy to use while on the boat fishing to change lures

I own a few edge box’s, I like how thin it is. Saves so much space for many applications. My complaint is they need to make a new cover so bare hooks and spinner blades can’t float around, when on its side.

This box is very sturdy compared to the standard plastic ones. Once locked down, it’s secures the lures well and the dividers are also very thick. Love the box, and hopefully they come down in price a bit more, but, if you want something now to start converting, do it!
