PNY 8GB DDR3 1600MHz SODIMM Memory MN8GSD31600LV

I brought this RAM for my dying laptop. I am a software professional and using HP laptop. I had 4GB of RAM and it was working good. But when I upgrade to Windows10 and whenever I was running my software, memory utilization was always 100% and I was not able to do anything.
After doing some research I brought this RAM and laptop is running perfectly. Some people advised me to change my hard drive to SSD. It was very expensive and I went with increasing my RAM instead of SSD.

I bought 2 sets of these for my aging ASUS G75VW-BB5K laptop for a total of 32 Gigs. You will need to run Windows 10 64-bit OS to get these to run properly on the G75 as the laptop was designed prior to W10 and max supported capacity was 8 gigs RAM at the time. No issues. Plug and play! Does take some skill to get to the two slots buried inside the laptop under the keyboard but several video’s online for the DIY’ers out there. The two remaining slots are easily accessed through the underside panel. Was a little nervous buying these at first as even though ASUS ROG has a great support network of technical advice from both ASUS and the ROG community, it was difficult to find any recent technical advice on what this laptop will run with regard to component upgrades. A PNY tech even responded to the question I posed (on here) on whether or not these RAM cards word work on my laptop after checking their database. That tells me PNY cares about their customers’ satisfaction with their products. I also have PNY brand RAM cards installed in my desktop, and have had no issues in the 5 years I’ve owned those cards. Great product, would definately buy again!
