I am partial to the chocolate flavor, But Premier Protein Powder comes in a variety of flavors. I use it in a variety of dishes: shakes, puddings, oatmeal, and cakes To add more protein to my diet. Flavor is good, not chalky. Easy to mix into whatever you are making. I like the convenience of the large container also. I found the price on Amazon is less expensive versus other stores.

This protein powder has a delicious taste and mixes effortlessly in both milk and water. However, it is slightly too sweet for my preference. Initially, I mixed it with unsweetened vanilla almond milk, which resulted in an excessively sweet taste. Currently, I mix it with organic coconut water, which is still slightly sweeter than I would like, but it still serves its purpose. I must admit, I prefer the texture when mixed with almond milk as it creates a creamy consistency. With that being said, I will experiment with different liquids to find the ideal combination, but for now, I am content with using coconut water as the mixing agent. I will certainly reorder this protein powder as it is both tasty and an excellent meal replacement.

We always read that as we age, if we want to build muscle and lose fat, we need to increase our protein intake. I compared this powder with tens of others on the market and it packs the most protein with the least amount of sugar, carbs, and calories. I blend it with non-fat Greek yogurt, fruit, (and sometimes vegetables), and ice and make a delicious filling breakfast shake that keeps me full long past lunchtime. I am 56 years old with a fused ankle (which means limited walking capability and obviously, no running). Before my fusion, I ran 3 to 5 miles 5 times a week, after my fusion, I am limited to a peddler. So, after my fusion, I gained a bunch of weight. However, by using this powder (which tastes great) and limiting the sugar, cheese, meat, sodas, etc. in my diet, I managed to lose and keep off all the weight I had gained and more. I highly recommend it. It is a great deal for the price.
Just_Me –
I bought both chocolate and vanilla flavors so I’ll submit the same review for both products. As far as flavor goes, the chocolate tastes like chocolate and smells like cocoa. The vanilla doesn’t taste like vanilla and is slightly bitter. For me, the best use of the chocolate so far has been blending it with a spoonful of peanut butter. Delicious.
For the technical stuff: The lid is 5 inches in diameter. My hands are 6.5, so it’s hard to grip and open the jar initially. I do not have the strength in my hand to turn it without pain. I think these jars are made with men in mind so if you’re a female bodied person with smaller or average sized hands, or are over 50 as I am, then you may have pain as well. Once the lid is off for the first time, it’s easier to open, but it’s still not comfortable. If you have arthritis in your hands you should also avoid this product. Ironically, half the jar is air so they could easily redesign this container to appeal both sexes.
Texture: When you dump the scoop your beverage, it will not stir in. Instead, you must blend it or it goes chunky. It does blend up smoothly though.
Overall, for flavor it deserves 5 stars, but for not being mindful that female bodied people over 50 would need protein too, I would only give them 1 star. That said, I split the difference and gave them 3 stars. Skip the Vanilla flavor though, it’s too bitter.

I really enjoy this product. It’s the best one out of all the flavours I’ve tried so far. It is fantastic as a smoothie. A good recipe mix would be with coco powder, banana, peanut butter and milk it just so damn good. I also a bit of it in my frother with milk when I have an espresso( double the strength lol) it’s very rich. Anyways overall I would buy this product again. I pray they never change the recipe.

Loved the taste! This protein powder mixed very well and had a nice smooth coffee taste. By far my favourite protein powder I’ve purchased! The only negative for me was I did think it was a little pricey compared to some other protein powders, but the taste was worth the price.

I’ve bought this protein numerous times now and it is definitely my number one contender. The flavor is great and mixes well with anything I’ve mixed it with. Most days I make protein coffee and it tastes great. The texture is good and it dissolves easily in my milk/coffee mixture with just a shaker bottle. I think it is definitely affordable, especially compared to some other protein options, and it has a good amount of servings per container plus 30g of protein per serving where other proteins only give about 20-25g. I think that the ingredients are pretty clean as well. All around, I think this is a great protein option!

The taste is much better than expected. I thought it would have a “vitamin” taste. It did not. Mixed well. Only with there was an unflavored version. I only use half because the vanilla is to strong tasting…. If mixed with fruit, can’t taste as much as I would like. I don’t want to have to buy every flavor.
