Held 16 pints (mix wide and regular mouth).
Worked well on Nuwave induction hob. Once 11 lbs was reached turn the temperature down to 230f. All sealed and no heated kitchen since hob is easily used outside. As expected, a little large for clean up in small sink. Overall pleased with product.

Recently got induction cooktop. Pressure cooker had wasn’t compatible also didn’t have the pressure gage. Wanted same name brand and it has the gage. Love it!

We have pressure canned with the Presto canner for 2 months now and it has been easy to use and easy to clean.

This is my first pressure canner. Very good quality, heavy duty. I have found myself going over the instructions every time I’ve used it and I’ve used it about 10 separate times. Can use it for pressure canning, boiling water canning, pressure cooking foods. Detailed instructions included on basic canning process and then canning different foods. There is no basket, just a tray the sits above the bottom of the pan and there are no slots to set each bottle so they don’t touch. It doesn’t hold as much as it claims to. I got 6 quart bottles to fit, you may get by with 7. For pints, I’ve done about 8-9 at a time. As with all pressure canners, I don’t like having to wait for the pressure to go back down and then letting the cooker cool for another 10 minutes before you can put in the next batch. It’s still worth it! And good price for what you get!

Canner came on time. Competitive price point. Un-damaged, always a plus. Minor and easy installation of the pressure gauge. Have not used it yet, and won’t until thoroughly understanding the instructions. I will do a test run with water only to get a feel of the proper heat ranges and make sure it doesn’t run dry. Running it dry is very bad because it can warp the Aluminum bottom. Overall, very satisfied and would recommend it.
Update: I’ve used the canner to can whole Chicken pieces, Ground Beef, and Pork Roast.
My area calls for 11psi pressure and a process time of 90minutes for meat in Quart jars. Easy peasy! I’ve done several batches so far and all have sealed properly after canning. It’s comforting to know that we will have good wholesome food on the pantry shelves when the prices go up even more, or, processing plants close and meat becomes scarce. Prep now, folks. A word to the wise is sufficient!!

Presto is definitely the best and most trusted pressure canner. Well worth the money to import it to Sweden!

Im very pleased with the quality of my canner. It comes with the 15 lb weight which isn’t the one I need. I was in the middle of preparing a batch of chili when I thought about that. One article on Google said you could still do it but change the time. Bad idea! Perhaps if I’d changed the water level too, it may not have been so disastrous! Made a mess of my new canner and all the stains didn’t come off…it siphoned quite a bit of chili. And ruined the taste somehow.
The good thing is, another reviewer mentioned that when you buy from Amazon, Presto will send you the proper weights. I emailed them and they sent them right out. It’s a unit where you add a 5 lb ring and another ring for 10 lbs and another for 15 lbs.
I also ordered the two dividers from Amazon as I will be doing punts and half punts, as well.
Excelente producto, ideal para dibujo técnico, estudiantes, sin duda lo volverÃa a comprar –

This is quite large, so cleaning it is a little tricky to clean, but it works beautifully on my induction cook-top and holds a lot at one time, so love that part! (My friend’s aluminum version was worthless on my stove.) It made me a little nervous to use it the first time, but all went well. The hardest part was keeping the pressure at the right point as I had to adjust the temperature a few times to get it at the right place. You do have to watch it….can’t just get it going and think you can go off and do something else while it processes. But if you have things to do close by, it isn’t that bad. A digital version would probably be great, but this already was pricey for my budget. Glad I got it though. So grateful to be able to can meat safely and not need to use valuable freezer space. I know it will pay off!
