I am a senior and have worn mascarw since I was 14yrs.old. Over the years I have tried numerous brands–cheap and expensive. Prime mascara is the worst I have ever used.
It appears to go on and thicken and lengthen, but in a few seconds pulls together and causes many lashes to stick together. You can’t layer on lashes like that. It dries like cement and you are unable to separate lashes with a lash comb for fear of pulling out some of them. If you even blink, some of the upper and lower lashes
will stick together.
I gave it two good tries and then threw it out What a WASTE.

I really like this mascara because it did not give me eye irritation like many other mascaras do. It does also make the lashes look longer and thicker. I really like this product.

This mascara is better than some I have tried recently. So far I haven’t noticed any clumps on my lashes. Removal is easy with facial cleanser or eye makeup remover.

I have battled mascara for as long as I can remember. I have had to curl my VERY straight and VERY blonde eyelashes since the beginning of wearing mascara. There was only one mascara that I found that I liked that wasn’t too wet and I buy it up every time I am at CVS.
THEN, I was introduced to this mascara. I thought, what is one more try at another mascara? I love, love, love this mascara. I don’t even have to curl my eyelashes. I am not one to like to spend too much time in front of the mirror and the only make-up I wear is mascara. SO….I cannot say enough about this mascara. I am sorry that I didn’t come across it sooner….would have saved me a LOT of time and a LOT of money.

Although the wand is exactly the size I want the colour was not. I ordered a dark brown and the dark brown looks more like a burgundy so be very careful with the colour you choose. It’s smooth. The wand is small I find I could handle it much better than the other chunky wands.

It’s just as advertised – two coats and my lashes looked good. As we age, the eyelashes disappear, this product made me feel good about my eyelashes without looking like I was going clubbing, or trying to look young.

This is almost the perfect mascara. It does get a bit sticky, especially if you fall asleep with it still on, which happens most of the time. It has to be removed and you start all over every morning. It doesn’t flake, clump or bleed, even in the heat. If you have alot of eye cream or moisturizer on, it will bleed off a bit. For me, this is my favorite mascara.

I am allergic to most of mascaras including the “anti-allergic” Clinic brand from which I use all my face products.
Also, my eye lashes were always short and now in my sixties…… well, I just want to say: Thank you Amazon basics 👏👏👏
Note: Many years ago in the Dulles town center in VA I found a mascara as good as this one…..the brand was unknown and the guy selling it (who had a place on the isle in the corridors of the mall) broke; out of bussiness😢

I bought the Brown for every day natural look and love the fact it’s for ladies over 50 and includes vitamins. It’s a fabulous mascara! Looks natural, no clumping (I was having issues with this with other brands), no itching or wanting to rub my eyes. Very nice shade of brown. All around great mascara. 5 stars for sure! I highly recommend it.

I bought this in 2023. Fell for the idea that a mascara for oldsters was better for us than all the other mascara on the market.’
Is it true? I still don’t know.
What I do know:
It flaked shortly after application.
It is possible the item sent to me was old or affected by the temperature while being transported.
It is also possible that it worked but was so subtle I didn’t realize it.
Would I buy it again? Nope
But it was a great “idea”

What a difference this mascara makes and believe me I have tried many! I am 73 years old and was still using the mascara from when I was a teen, just never gave it much thought. Came across this and decided to give it a shot, so glad I did. I apply two coats each morning and have received several compliments about how good my eyes look. Give this a try!
