I’m 5’4″, 147lb, 34D. I ordered a medium because I have a tendency to have issues with shoulder straps being too big. I think the M fits great, it’s just the perfect size. And the straps are adjustable, BUT I have them fully extended. Maybe I could have taken a L. The design is cute and the material is comfortable enough, but the way they have the design sewn on isn’t very finished (so to speak) so it rubs against my skin. It’s VERY itchy. I’m hoping it softens up after a few washes. Right now it’s hard to wear for a long time due to the itch/discomfort.

I would not wear this running or anything high impact. It is made well, but the sizing and shape is a little off. Definitely had to remove the padding. Would wear it around the house or to bed. I bought the large, but should have bought the medium. Im a 32F bra size.

I love these sprts bras! They have great support and coverage. Very comfortable! I golf a lot and they always stay in place, compared to others that I was always having to pull at and re-adjust. They do run a bit small, as I am 125 lbs, cup size B, and I order a Large. But I love them!!

If you have larger size girls, this workout bra is great. I bought my second one. I wear a size 6 but I’m buxom so I wear a large in this. The fit holds the girls, no bounce. I don’t worry about the pads. As far as I am concerned, they do t move and for the record I’ve thrown this in the washer and dryer and it withstands everything. Most importantly, it’s easy to take off and put on, the long length really helps keep with a great fit!
