… no difference. Lol seriously, it’s nothing against the product, but I’m not vitamin A deficient, and only took it a month, so obviously my results will vary.
* I like Pure Encapsulations as a brand; I take their supplements regularly, and notice the most difference with theirs.
* These are priced competitively to other brands.
My biggest gripe with these (and any other supplement) is:
* Supplements in general are expensive. A single supplement is doable, but when you need more than one every month, it adds up quick.
