Our two cats will perfectly share one can for breakfast. Love the wet gravy shreds over the pate. Tip #1: Amazon is habitually LATE shipping these, every single time for the past 5 orders. Just unreliable zero prime shipping service for a prime member. So don’t wait til the last minute if you’re running low. Stock up, and don’t leave your cats starving. It’s a good value over the grocery store, just wish they’d care more with the shipping. 2nd tip: Don’t order anything else with this heavy 40 can shipment. Always ask Amazon to double box it in a separate box, and if you order another item at the same time as this, blame yourself when it arrives CRUSHED. Happened to me today. True story.
Scapegoat –
I try and try to give Henry a variety of foods and brands. I don’t want a finicky cat.we learned during covid sometimes you can’t get the variety you want. Well he turns his nose up at the higher priced more nutritious brands unless I out wait him . Sooo friskies is his brand choice. I now have to mix the freeze dried with the can..but he’s too smart and eats around the fr eeze dried..so friskies is his food of choice. Doesn’t even bother with fancy feast until he’s really hungry and gives in!

This is my sweet girl. She goes absolutely FERAL for this canned food, purring as she eats. She had all but one of her teeth removed due to a preexisting health condition and now subsists solely on wet food, and this is definitely her favorite. I really appreciate how affordable this is, especially for how much you’re getting in each can. I would advise caution in giving it to your cat frequently if they’re able to eat dry food though; she’s definitely putting on some weight from this! She loves it so much she’ll absolutely house the entire thing in 5 hours and then yell at me for more. 10/10 recommend.
Btw — if you’re not sure whether to get the pate or this, choose this. The price point isn’t all that different, and unfortunately, my cat is repulsed by the pate, so slightly pickier cats will likely prefer the shreds.

I have ordered this for awhile with no complaints. Price matches store prices and at times is cheaper. This last delivery was traumatic! Cans were busted open underneath hidden by the top cans. It was the most horrible experience! Maggots flys fruit flies all in my home. The busted cans were swimming in worms. We thru the entire case in the garbage IMMEDIATELY. After this experience I won’t ever have can cat food delivered again!

Just to let you know the delivery was terrible. The box has right on the label to be delivered on front porch. It was left in my driveway (see picture) all 40 Lbs of it for a 75 yo lady to bring it into the house. NO “thank you”.

I should have never got my cat this stuff cause I cant even sleep anymore without my cat waking up my bf every am cause all he wants is friskies wet food. & he is peticukar on the shreds. So, thanks for turning my cat into an addict. I wasted money trying other brands

But it turns out he like this a lot. A good idea is also to put a topper on the food. Try to match the topper flavor to the flavor of the can.

I have a clowder of five cats ranging from ~2yrs to 9yrs old (happy birthday Bubby!) who all prefer this particulat blend both for bite-ability across. all cats on average to the gravy-to-shreads ratio (since I use the gravy to help my older kitty with her solid foods). The smell does NOT thankfully hit me right in the nose like most other brands, I find the cans easy to navigate, and do not suffer any unwanted surprises from this brand, yet to date. I am a repeat customer.
**this brand does lend itself to softer stools if not fed with more fiber substance, especially in my eldest kitty. I use this as a +1 to my entire clowder’s mixed dried, canned, fresh and scavenged, dietary rotation, never just as a single can served by itself.
