Works perfect for our small business. We’re on our second one.. our first one died after about 2 years. So I bought the warranty for this one. Only complaint is that the time seems to jump around sometimes as it ages.

This is such a great buy! I set it up in just a few minutes however I only went to step 7 or 8 but that’s all I need. I stopped after the 12 vs 24 hour option Also left it on automatic for daylight savings time. I don’t want to mess with it so it having the automatic option is great!!!! I love it. I have one employee that works a few hours then goes to lunch with her husband before he leaves to work then returns then leaves to get her son from school and returns so the 3 in me and outs is so perfect.

Bought this for a small business! It works great, very easy to read, instructions were very clear and easy to set up, once you set up you don’t have to do anything, it’s ready to go. The best part is you don’t have to worry about stamping over previous day or the wrong date it automatically knows and is programmed to only do the correct days. The only thing I dislike but not enough to drop the ratings is you have an in and out button and if you don’t click the out at the end of the day it will stamp over the in time but other than that it’s great and makes employees more accountable and beats spending hundreds of dollars on a fancy time clock that does the exact same!!!

The payroll time cards are for an entire month. 2 weeks in the front 2 weeks in the back. It rejects the card if you enter the wrong side. It automatically stamps the correct date. The directions are OK but not the greatest. Fairly simple. You have buttons you punch on top before you punch in or out. They are labeled “IN’ “OUT” so you can start with punching the first button “in” and you just keep punching to the right as you punch in and out throughout the day.

This is a great product for the price. Once it is setup just let it go. It changes the PM and AM automatically. The display is nice and easy to use. The time cards, are good for a month. I recommend ordering a spare set of cards, and an ink cartridge with it, so you don’t have to think about things for awhile.

I bought this clock but realized I need some other features this did not have, however, this was a great clock and easy to set up. I decided to go with an upgraded model from this brand as I was highly impressed. Great seller!

Love this time clock. But I have only a few employees (they happen to be family). So they can wait for their pay check as I have to manually calculate all their hours before paying them. I really like the 3 different times they can clock in and out. If your in a hurry to get the totally calculations than this isn’t for you. It doesn’t tally anything for you. You need to keep it from dirt, water and weather, as it jumbles the time and the date it stamps on. For example: it could be the 25th and it’ll stamp the time on the 24th. You will also need an extra ink cartridge because it runs out in alittle less than a year. (We have 5 employees). The time cards are great as you get 100 and only need 12 a year for each employee, each card has a months worth of space.
