My head is clearer, and no night sweats. It works right away! I feel fantastic! I do wish I had gotten on these a few years back. It’s been really rough. I’ve been taking these for about a month now and can’t say that I’ve seen a major difference but I have been on an antibiotic during some of this time for a UTI. I did however notice that I didn’t not get a yeast infection from the antibiotic since I normally do. I imagined the probiotic has helped with this. I will continue to take these in hope that they can help my hot flashes because they are my main concern. I sweat all the time and it’s frustrating to me because I hate feeling wet and sticky all the time. Update: After getting off these pills, I offered them to my friend who has menstrual problems. She has different issues than I do so she was interested to see if these pills helped her. After just five doses, she experienced uncontrollable rage, anger, and sobbing. She is a calm person who rarely gets angry and certainly never gets in a rage. Seriously, these pills are BAD NEWS!! They are going in the trash now.
