I have done a lot of research before buying preworkouts and I genuinely think that CBUM’s is the best bang for your buck out there. However, the flavor that I had gotten this time was below average not only does it leave a very bitter taste in your mouth afterward, but it also does not mix as well as his other flagships do. Overall a 4/10 for the flavor alone.

Vengo de consumir el Ryse de cool aid, la gente comparaba mucho ambos pre entrenos en calidad y sabor, la verdad el sabor es horrendo, sabe totalmente a químicos y no entiendo si me tocó mal el producto ya que la opinión común es que sabe a gomitas. Y la verdad si quieres sentir algo, si o si debes tomar la porción completa de los 2 scoops, que para eso, por el precio y por el sabor, mejor compra el Ryse

Lo probé en un dia de enfoque a quads intenso, no senti ni cosquillas. me percaté que para la dosis que se anuncia debes tomar 2 scoops.
El sabor es muy bueno comparado con otras opciones que he probado pero realmente solo tendrás 20 servicios o menos al tener que ponerle el doble de scoops.

Seriously the cleanest pre work out I’ve bought. I’m still able to fall asleep when taking it after work about 5pm. My performance has improved, I’m getting faster at my mile! Doesn’t give you the itchy feeling. Able to focus and have energy alll at once! Tastes really good too! Reminds me of the cucumber Gatorade. Def recommend! If it helps I’m female and 34 yrs old!

I’ve tried numerous pre-workout supplements over the years, but Thavage has become my go-to for a clean, smooth energy boost. The Green Crush flavor provides good tartness without being overly sweet or artificial tasting.
Compared to other pre-workouts I’ve used, the energy from Thavage comes on steadily and lasts throughout my workout without causing jitters or an abrupt crash later. I attribute this to the thoughtful ingredient blend and moderate 150mg caffeine dose. It’s enough to boost my focus and endurance but not so much that it causes side effects.
The comedown is smooth when the effects start tapering off. No headaches or sudden drop in energy like some pre-workouts cause.
I highly recommend giving Thavage a shot. The smooth, clean energy has made it my go-to pre-workout supplement for intense training sessions.

If you’re someone who doesn’t like high stim pre workout, this is for you! It tastes great alongside a salad and mixes well I’ve never had an issue with it in that department. The one downside I have with it is that the creatine in it does settle very quick (which is expected since it cannot dissolve in water) but if you’re used to taking creatine already that shouldn’t be a problem. (The green crush flavor is usually on sale so bonus points if you can get it for around 40$)

Great flavor and I love the nutrient list but I promise you, please drink this with ice. It changes the taste. If it’s lukewarm, it’ll taste a little medicine-y. If it’s cold though, I think it has a great Swedish Fish flavor
