I initially purchased the Corsair M65 RGB Ultra Wireless but found that I frequently pressed the wrong buttons by accident because they didn’t have enough resistance. In contrast, this mouse eliminates those accidental presses entirely. It feels excellent in my hand—neither too slippery nor uncomfortably textured—and performs nicely on various surfaces.
The Razer Synapse app was somewhat sluggish at first, but after a firmware update, its performance improved significantly. It now connects quickly, and all the presets work flawlessly. The Razer Hypershift button is particularly impressive, allowing me to assign multiple functions to the mouse buttons effortlessly. I can easily switch between user profiles, adjust the lighting, or cycle through different lighting modes with two mouse clicks. One function I’ve used quite a lot has been the free spinning scroll wheel assigned as a volume up and down with the hypershift button, also using the scroll wheel and a skip and previous track button with the side scroll functionality.
One feature that particularly stood out was the USB-C cable included with the mouse. It’s surprisingly lightweight and flexible, almost like a shoelace, making it barely noticeable when the mouse is plugged in. Despite my general dislike for corded mice, I found myself actually enjoying the experience with this one corded.
Overall, I’m extremely satisfied with this mouse and plan to get another one so I can have one for both at work and at home.

The buttons are easily programmable. The RGB makes finding it easy in a dark room. The scroll wheel is less resistant (when not on hyperscroll) than Logitech models. The hyperscroll remains silky and fast after a year of use. The battery doesn’t last a week, perhaps, a few work days.
I didn’t need a lot out of a mouse for my job: hyperscroll option, a few programmable buttons.
This was what I wanted.

I am using this mouse for work, primarily for CAD drawing. I need an accurate and comfortable wireless bluetooth mouse and this fits the bill perfectly.

I’ve had a wired Basilisk for several years now and it still works just as well as it did before. It has not developed any issues with the scroll wheel, the buttons, or any sort of double-clicking problems. I’ve had other similarly priced mice before and all of them did not stand up to the quality of the Razer Basilisk. After 4-5 years of use, the rubber grip on the side has finally started to wear down and be uncomfortable on my finger so I decided to purchase another one, this time the wireless Basilisk V3 Pro in white.
It’s such a great mouse. The response is great, the feel is great, the RGB effects are extremely customizable, and the build quality is top notch. For the wireless version, I’ve found the battery life to be excellent and if you use the docking station for it, it’s easily rechargeable and has an excellent polling rate. I’ve noticed no difference in response from the wired to the wireless with the dock.
The only thing I’d say is the wired mouse is MUCH cheaper so if you’re fine with having the wire, you may as well just get that instead of the wireless.

My previous mouse was the Deathaddar v2 Pro, and unfortunately the dongle broke and thus, I can’t use its wireless function.
Coming from the Deathaddar v2 Pro, the Basilisk V3 Pro is incredibly comfortable. It feels spectacular in the hand. Yes, it’s not ultra light like the Deathaddar, but weight of the mouse does not matter too much to me.
The RGB is insane, super glowy, and looks fantastic. Build quality is great, the white looks really nice. I’ve read some reviews regarding its wireless capabilities being glitchy, but I haven’t had any issues with it so far. And i have multiple bluetooth devices connected to my PC at all times.
The additional side button that’s reprogrammable is also a great addition.
Overall, loving it so far.

This mouse design is extremely similar to another top popular brand I’ve used before, so it was easy to get used to, but once I actually used it, I realized how much better it is. It’s very fast and responsive, charges fast, and has nice RGB lights.
The grip on the sides are very tactile and the clicks are satisfying.
The battery lasts a few days and I just charge it before bed so it’s perfect.
My FPS aim and 180° turns have improved dramatically and so has my general PC use, I rarely “misclick” with this mouse!
The weight is perfect for me, some people think it’s too heavy, but I have a heavy hand so it’s great for me. Compared to my old brick wireless mouse that used a AA battery, this is super light.
My ONLY complaint as that the mouse wheel clicks a bit too easily, and when scrolling in something like File Explorer, I tend to accidentally push too hard and open a new tab. The scroll wheel otherwise is amazing, and the left/right wheel buttons are very responsive and makes swapping tabs and scrolling quickly very easy. I don’t use the auto hyper scroll feature because I’m worried about the mechanism wearing down so I stick to manual, but the manual press feels logical and not physical, meaning it seems to activate as a logical switch function and not as a depressed switch like my other old mouse (it’s not a physical button lock).
I’m completely sold on the new optical switches, and I’m never going back to my previous favorite brand after this. I saw some people calling Razer a “luxury brand” or a “sponsor brand”, but that’s definitely not the impression I got with this mouse. It’s as awesome as it looks! The white color is beautiful and looks great glowing on top of my desk.
