good protein for the lactose intolerant. it is Amazing that it has a better shelf life when opened compared to whey based protein- which usually lasts a month or two. but this can last more than this. maybe in 3 or more depending on how much you use.
it is too thicc to my taste for a 4 scoop 12 ounce bottle so it just feels like drinking oatmeal.
DO NOT use for small cup blenders. it WILL break the motor. Its that too thicc. 1100W or more should suffice
flavor is meh but tastes good 7/10. washing the bottle is easy and does not leave an foul odor like most whey and casine protein
stomachwise it is filling. since your drinking fats and protein instead of lactose and pure protein. So its great on the go.
PSA if whey protein smells or tastes a tad rotten or sour, throw away immediately.

Was looking for something other than just whey protein as a meal replacement and that I could mix with water alone. I got the blueberry cobbler and it doesn’t disappoint. Tastes like blueberry oatmeal. I like the protein content on it and that at around 500 calories, I can guarantee one meal a day and keep within a caloric deficit. I mix the 4 scoops in a shaker with a bottle of cold water and it mixes smooth and tastes great. I find the amount the be right for what I’m doing.. 4 scoops.. But depending on if you’re using water or not, mileage may vary.

Wow the MRE meal replacement line is AMAZING. Due to issues with my spleen I had to start eating healthier. I’ve gone through countless different shakes. Feeling too hungry having to figure out what I need to add to keep my macros balanced. IF YOU TRACK MACROS THIS IS PERFECT. I’m 5’8″ 230lb and 2 shakes is almost exactly 2/3 of my daily needs. Drink them over 1-2 hours (morning into snack and lunch into snack). And I’m full most the time. Balanced dinner and coffee around bed and with out in increase in activity I’ve dropped 50lbs in 6ish months.
Pros
1. Tastes amazing. Not just good for a shake. But wow this is really good.
2. Mixes very well. Handheld shaker with ball and no clumps. The vortex rechargeable shaker mini blinder like thingy will mix 4 scoops. Just don’t move slow because towards the end it slows(mostly the thicker ones oatmeal chocolate chip and Dutch apple pie. Strawberry shortcake and blueberry cobbler are thinner and blend nicely)
3. The flavors are SPOT on(strawberry shortcake. Apple pie. Blueberry cobbler and oatmeal CC are what I’ve had)
4. Really about the best price I could find and it’s an amazing product. 2 shakes a day M-F and random ones on weekend or if I’m starving before bed and I get about 2 weeks out of it. Lunch $5/day M-F for 2 weeks is $50 covers lunch and bfast and better for me. Win win.
Cons kind of.
1. The lid does like it binds and makes me think it’s closed for it to drop a foot off the counter or worse the floor then it wastes some.
2. Some get really think with 4 scoops and ice and my little ninja mixer is about 2oz of water shy of what it really needs. Bigger mixer or shaker and that goes away.
3. Doesn’t rinse the easiest but use a sponge or bottle brush or you have a few specs of rolled oats that believe the sidewall of the cup is it’s proper place.
4. Because the rolled oats there IS texture but far better than most but it’s not the gritty texture. Blender with ice will remove most of it. Strawberry shortcake and blueberry cobbler are thinner and had less texture and I just mix with water

Overall a product that will stay on auto order even once I get to my weight goal for the sheer ease of feeding myself during the workweek. Saving money and time and gas. Redcon thoroughly thank you for this. For someone who needed to do something for health reasons you made keeping my macros balanced so much easier with probably one of if not the best meal replacement shakes ive had. And the variety of flavors help with getting burnt out of the taste.

I don’t like sweet and most of these that boast 0 sugar generally use fake sugar with is 71x stronger than real sugar but the body doesn’t process it as such. But I’ve never been a fan of sickly sweet anything (drinks, desserts etc)
1 scoop is just right. A bit of a snack without the overly sweet taste and you can taste the cobbler pastry and the blueberry flavour. I may adjust it to a scoop and a bit but I can’t imagine using 4 scoops

The MRE bar for size reference. I’ve ordered the smaller tubs of this stuff but I decided 7 lb is cheaper… it just barely fit my cupboard bottom shelf. Should last a long time at 1 scoop each.
A bonus is it doesn’t contain those nasty fake sugars like Splenda etc which makes most of these shakes out there taste so nasty

Me olvide del chocomilk, tiene un buen sabor comparado con todas las proteÃnas, tiene cierta ligereza pero ya depende el gusto de como la mezclas, en cuanto a su calidad de nutrición siento que es la mejor realmente empiezas a ver cambios en tus entrenamientos con más energÃa con un catabolismo excepcional. For the most part, I like the taste . I find it mixes better and taste better with water instead of milk. As far as what it offers, it’s fully adequate for nutrients and people who need to add an extra bundle of calories to their diet. Definitely not for training but if you need to add about 400 or 500 calories to your diet, this will do it. The chocolate taste is a little chalky, but you can get past it. I feel the premixed 16 oz containers of this mix taste better and is easier to deal with, and nd roughly costs about the same. When you get a little more out of the large container, but for ease of use, the 16 oz containers are much better.

I skip breakfast, take a shaker of this to work every day and make it home for my one “real food” meal each day, dinner. I’m not dropping tons of weight but clothes are fitting better.
