Look, battery life is insanely good. While I can’t really speak on battery durability I will say I can go weeks with recharging this. People below complain about the brightness but in all honesty if you on a dark road, No doubt you will see this tail light the mount is good enough to remove unit with ease to recharge. Honestly, it does exactly what you need from it and than some with the optional different lighting effect. I promise if your riding at night/early morning, riding with and not against traffic, cars will see you hundreds of meters in advance unless the terrian is really hilly with a whole lot of twist and turns

This is a fantastic light especially for the price. I’ve used it a number of times and it’s a bright taillight.
The claimed battery life is legit. I charged it up and put it in the red/blue flashing mode since that’s what I prefer. Shut off at around 40+- few hours. The set of four blue lights in the center are a battery life indicator and slowly “breathe” very 30 seconds or so.
I love this because it means I can use the light all week if needed and I don’t have to worry about whether it’s going to shut off during my ride because I forgot to charge it.

I only just bought it and I have yet to try it other than turning it on, playing with the settings, and mounting it on my seat post.
After I first took it out of the box I plugged it in to charge it (USB-C). There are four small blue lights in the center and three of them were steady while one flashed. I assume that’s the charge indicator. It wasn’t long until all of the lights were off.
I mounted it on the seat post with the large silicon band, the plastic mount, and the rubber cushion.
Push and hold to turn it on and then push to cycle through the different patterns. Push and hold to turn it off. It seems bright enough. When it’s first turned on it starts with the first pattern and doesn’t keep a memory of the previous setting when turned off.
I don’t want it blindly bright. Just bright enough while flashing to help motorists realize there’s someone near they might accidentally kill if they aren’t paying attention. Appears to be more than bright enough for a rear light.
I like the 40+ hour battery life claim! My previous tail light flashed but had maybe a couple of hours of battery life. I ride to/from work and when the weather gets worse (midwest cold, icy, and snowy) my rides get longer and if I forgot to recharge the light after a ride I risked the charge running out. I dropped and broke it the other day which put me in the hunt for something else.
I like the price, the ROCKBROS brand, the feature set, and the battery life.
I’ll try and remember to update this review after I’ve used it for a few weeks.

This light is nice but not very bright. Using the different patterns and colors at night make it a bit more eye-catching and so I’m using it along with another light that’s much brighter. I’m not sure it’d be any good during the daytime, especially not in the sun and you’d be better off with a much brighter flashing light that would catch a car drivers attention.
Not bad though, just not as bright as I’d hoped.

I have Rock Bro. pedals I really like and was interested in this light when I was shopping for a new one. Hits all the marks with a variety of light animations and is rechargeable. The best part for me is attaching it to the seat rails, it puts the light up high enough so stuff on a rear rack or panniers don’t block the light. Attaching the light to the seat mount feels pretty secure. Time will tell, I usually find a way to have them fall off or get smashed to pieces. YMMV.

I had to use the zip ties to mount to my rear bike rack but it is a solid. Easy to use, great visibility,amnd nice selection of flashing modes & colors. Highly recommend.

it’s bright for its size. I like it that it has different interchanging blinking colors that will make it more noticeable. I also have a blinking light on the back of my helmet. so this light under my seat and additional light on the back of my helmet will me visible when i ride around my neighborhood at night.

I really like the general design of the light. It fits under the saddle very discreetly. That said, I do most of my riding during the day and although the light is visible, it’s not as bright as I had hoped. I’m sure it’s more than adequate for night riding.
