This product is not worth it. I bought for a small business but it makes it too difficult to understand. It’s better to just spend the money a d get a clover machine.

I have a shop and loved my old Royal but dislike this one…it shuts itself off and I am constantly having to ring items in twice, when I make a void it doesn’t subtract it from the days net and the instruction booklet is very difficult to decipher. I would return it but guess I’ve waited too long

This register has the worst manual ever created! It is not self explainitory at all. You can’t seem to keep a tax program in it and there doesn’t even seem to be a no sale button. Absolute garbage! I plan on sending this back unless the manufacturer can assist me but even then, I’m on the fence if I’ll try to make it work. It shouldn’t take as much effort to run this stupid thing

This is a replacement for one I bought several years ago. The original was destroyed in a break-in at my business. I liked it so much that I wanted another one just like it.

Bought this for my shop. Plugged it in……nope. Would not turn on, read directions and did everything it asked and still did not turn on, sent it back.
