This register is NOT user friendly. There are no instructions to actually set up the register. And once you fumble through it enough to set your departments, it is still not user friendly. It will NOT ring up a large order, like more than 6 items. You have to do separate sales for a large order which is very inconvenient in a bar when someone orders a round. I used this register for 2 days before it froze up. Switching the keys out won’t unfreeze it, unplugging it won’t unfreeze it, the drawer won’t open even with the key, when it’s frozen, the ‘ns’ button won’t even work so you can get to the money in the drawer. Paid over $300 for this, used it two days and it is going in the dumpster! JUNK JUNK JUNK!!!!

It’s very complicated register and it’s very hard to program it even there is no customer service to show you how to use it even if you google about it or you go to YouTube about it they don’t show you anything how you programmed this register

There is a help number to call for assistance. This became very difficult, as the representative was very abrupt and unhelpful. became quite aggressive and unfriendly. This is quite a sophisticated piece of equipment. with out direct help, it was impossible to try and set up for its purpose.

So frustrating to set this register up when the manual is missing. Some very important instructions that you have to try and figure out yourself. I miss their old registers that did not have over a complicated keys and had a much clearer manual to be able to program.

Once set up it us very easy to use. Found the manual confusing and lacking it basic usage instructions, but the positive is you can call their help line and they are very knowledgeable and will help you with set up. Nice clear printing on the receipts and multi department functions
