I usually wear a size small. I ordered a Large and it fits perfect. Therefore, it is not true to size. Also, there was supposed to be a Supergirl Logo on the removable cape and it is not on the one I received. Pretty disappointed because I thought it would add a great effect. I would recommend purchasing this knowing the couple of items I highlighted.

My husband and I started a new hobby this year – running at different 5k events. We have a Spooktacular Halloween theme run coming up in which runners are encouraged to dress in costume. We both want to dress up, but don’t want to wear a heavy, bulky costume that would get too hot, cause us to trip or be uncomfortable to run in.
Fortunately, we came across these DC Comics shirts on Amazon. Mine came in the mail yesterday and I was so excited to try it on. I put it on and it was a perfect fit! It looks great with jeans and black track pants. It’s comfortable so I don’t have to worry about this cute shirt and cape affecting my performance at the 5k. I also live fairly close to an amusement park that has an area with rides dedicated to DC Comics heroes, so I’ll be able to wear this there too.
I will get multiple uses out of this shirt, and unlike a costume, I can wear it more than just once a year. 🙂

This shirt arrived on time, looked exactly as pictured, and is of good quality. The shirt runs true to size! Read the sizing chart and make your decision based on the measurements. I almost ordered a size up based on other people’s reviews, but I am glad I didn’t. The cape is velcroed on and is detachable. It’s a little loose though.The pictures show a medium Super Girl shirt and a large Bat Girl shirt. I’m 5’7, 36C, and 145lbs. The medium was perfect. (I also let a friend borrow this shirt. She is 5’1, 130lbs, and 34B and it also worked out for her.) The shirt has held up well in the washer/dryer so far after 2 uses.
Just as an FYI-The large Bat Girl shirt is baggy, made of very thin material, had missing spots on the print, and was of lower quality overall.
