Excellent product. I used this primer to on some ceiling areas that had water stains in the drywall from an earlier leak in my roof. The product promised to seal the area so that when I applied paint, the stubborn water marks would not re-appear, as they had in the past. I used this product a while back, and it works exactly as advertised. Highly recommended.

Works really well. I sprayed and didn’t see the mildew come back after that. Only I would prefer the paint because I had a large area that needed to be done so the spray can was really harsh on fumes.

I recently renovated a room in my house that hasn’t been touched in 30 years. I pulled out a drop ceiling and found the there were old water stains on the ceiling. I tried covering it with traditional primers to no avail. After purchasing this product, I covered those spots in no time. I’d highly recommend this to cover water stains.
