Works perfect, a little time consuming to put together, but worth the price point, bought in April 2019 and still works well for separation of insurance papers.

It works great for our needs. However the predrilled holes didn’t line up in about 8 spots. As it’s metal I did cut my hand when assembling. For the price it’s a great product.

Do not purchase if you ar e looking for something sturdy. The cubbies do not hold up and itโs not sturdy at all. Worst purchase ever and Safco is the worst company to work with. The donโt stand behind their crappy fault material.

I expected way more for the price. The shelves are made of cardboard. I specifically paid more thinking that I was getting metal and not just the outside. I’m sick and cannot even begin to try to put this thing back in the package and return it. I already paid somebody to put it together.

A real pain to put together, some of the pieces had to be forced to fit. However once together it serves its purpose at the office. It’s able to hold tabbed hanging folders very well.

I rarely write bad reviews, but in almost 25 years of shopping online, this is the worst product I have ever received and put together. the metal parts are flimsy, and some were slightly bent even though they were laying completely flat in the package. The instructions are bit too simplistic and don’t really show how to identify similar parts. After spending some extra time making sure I knew what each part was, I began the assembly. with the metal parts being bent slightly, this made it almost impossible to get parts to fit together. Once the frame was together, the back doesn’t fit correctly, which allows too much movement for any sturdiness of the unit. After completely putting this together, I have come to the realization that it won’t hold much weight at all without everything falling apart. I would highly recommend looking at a different unit.

This was the perfect fit for our office! We needed new improved mailboxes and it fit wonderful!
It’s a little tricky putting together but it all worked out!

Wow – I’ve rarely felt as frustrated as I felt trying to follow the diagram only instructions for assembly. The parts list would have been helpful if ANY of the parts had actually been labeled to match the letters in the diagrams. It took two of us to interpret and assembly over a couple of hours. I would NOT recommend purchasing this item based on the assembly instructions. Also be aware that the shelving is ALL cardboard.
