My old television had started randomly turning itself off for no reason. When it became so frequent that I wanted to scream, I decided it was time to get a new one. I am lost when it comes to electronics. Usually I just go to the store and pick one that I think will work and is in my budget range. I am totally and completely excited about this television. It has been flawless so far.
The television came with specific instructions that even included how to unpackaged to prevent damage and where to place your hands.
Setup was easy. Stand pieces can be placed in two different places. Comes with caps to cover the unused placement areas.
After turning it on, I connected to my WiFi and I was set. The television walked me through basic setup instructions in a simple way. I am still learning and finding different things each day. I really love that all screen lists can be edited. If there is a system setting you use frequently and you don’t want to constantly scroll through all of the less used ones first, you can edit the list and make the more frequently use ones appear first. Completely customizable.
The remote can be charged via a usb c charger and also has a small solar panel on the back. Never hunt for batteries again! The remote is really small so I do worry about it getting lost.
The sound is amazing. During the setup process, the television said it was mapping the room. The sound quality is great regardless of where I am sitting in my living room. My college age daughter said she would hate to hear it at some of the higher levels. I think we are able to use a lower setting since the sound is being projected based on the room mapping.
Picture quality is superb. I was already watching shows and very happy with the quality, when I read in the manual about the picture features. It has a 3D quality which gives a layered look to the picture. It is impressive. Once I was looking for it, it became very obvious that is what made everything so crisp.

Iโve had this tv (65โ) for a week and watched lots of sports. The picture is great and the sound is good. I have no complaints.
Just a guy –
With no visible damage to the box or the unit, the TV was dead on arrival. After an hour of unboxing and mounting the TV, another hour troubleshooting with Samsung tech support, and another hour with Amazon to schedule a pickup for a large item, the unit was picked up last week. I still haven’t received a refund from Amazon. I just wanted a TV, not all this hassle.

This is my 2nd Samsung OLED TV. The other one I have is basically the same model but a 48โ that I got for my bedroom. That was a few months ago and liked it enough to get the same one for my living room. The 2 older TVs I replaced where both about 5 years old and were Samsung QLEDs. Actually identical models too, but just different sizes. They were pretty nice and I hadn’t had a problem with them, but after researching OLED technology and reading other Samsung OLED reviews I decided to take the plunge.
My QLEDs didn’t have Dolby Atmos and I didn’t have a home theater set up in my bedroom, which I use pretty much every night. I’m really happy with the sound on that one now. In my living room I do have a Samsung home theater system that doesn’t have Atmos, but I have still noticed an improvement with the TV’s Dolby Atmos. The sounds seems crisper, and the separation even better.
As to the user interface, I liked my old QLEDs better, but I am getting use to it, and I think the improved picture and sound really make it worth it. One thing I’ve noticed though is the glare. I saw it previously stated in tech reviews that this is a common with OLD TVs and that they are better for viewing in a dark setting. Maybe it’s that OLEDs use a glass screen. I’m pretty sure the screens on my QLEDs are some type of plastic.
One other thing I’m not crazy about is the style of the remote. My old one is angular, this one’s not. It’s nice that it can be charged via USB-C or solar by flipping it over and keeping in a sunny location. I just don’t care for the size and shape. It really seems so small compared to my previous one, even though it’s only 1โ shorter, but it’s also much thinner, which isn’t great if gets near the crease of the sofa or chair cushion. It just seems to get swallowed up easily, and hard to retrieve. I plan on contacting Samsung to see if they have another style available. I would even give up the charging feature if need be, but If not, I’ll probably look for a universal.
In conclusion, the picture, sound and many other features made this a wise choice for me.

I have a LG C2 that works and looks amazing but since getting this TV, there’s no turning back! I had a hard time messing with the settings to get a fantastic picture on my LG but this Samsung TV needs no tweaking at all! Out of the box the picture looked fantastic and all apps are scaled to 60/120hz and it looks phenomenal! The brightness is amazing and the panel doesn’t have glare!!!
The remote control is powered by a battery that is rechargeable by solar technology so I never have to buy batteries again!!! It makes my PS5 look amazing and there’s no way I’d go back to LG after this experience!

I have been wanting to get an OLED TV for some time now. When they first came out, you could get a decent used car for the price of an OLED TV. Naturally prices have dropped over time and I was super excited to get this TV.
I will admit that I was a bit worried after the initial set up as the picture did not look that great on the preset settings. Colors and overall picture quality was no better than my Sharp HDTV. Then I remembered that most of the TV presets on every TV I have purchased were mostly terrible. I went into the menus and adjusted all of the settings manually and… WOW. What a difference. Colors were bright and bold with great contrast. Watching TV, streaming movies, playing video games; all were amazing.
The only negative is the very small and tiny buttoned remote that comes with this TV. I have gotten use to it but I’m hoping for a larger, better sized remote for Samsung TVs comes out soon. This was a great purchase. Highly Recommended.
