To anyone with a Thinkware U1000, this card works. I tested it for 5 full days, with continuous parking mode with a backup battery.
Zero issues such as the camera asking to reformat every time it starts up. Fills the card to capacity without issue. Parking mode works flawlessly, as does continuous driving mode.
Everything works exactly as it did with my 128GB Sandisk high endurance card, just with much more capacity now.
Very happy for my specific use case.

I bought a TP-Link tapo C120 camera and needed a 512gb micro SD card. I tried a cheap one, probably missing the part about needing V10 or higher. It did not work in the camera. Bought a KIngston 256gb micro SD card which did. It was V30.
Bought a second Tapo camera and this 512 card which works great.
Sure, it costs more than the camera (which is wonderful) but it holds a ton of recorded images.
SanDisk is always recommended stuff.

All in all โ Good product

While these cost a slight bit more than conventional U3 V30 (high speed) memory cards, the difference is these are designed to tolerate extreme heat.
You’re thinking is how hot can my dashcam get? Well, think about where it’s mounted: your windshield. And think about how hot your car gets sitting in the sun during the summer(enough to bake food).
And lastly, ask yourself why did you buy a dashcam? Insurance against the “other guy” who cut you off or hit you but claims that you’re the one at fault. Spend the extra few dollars to ensure your dashcam does its job of recording what happens.

I got this for my Steam Deck to get better memory. It was easy to install and it’s worked without any flaws.
It’s not much different from any other one, but it will work absolutely fine with a Steam Deck if you’re wondering about that.

It’s working great! Don’t know how long the camera runs its recording but when it finishes, it just rerecords over it again. Holding up well, no complaints at all (I’m a real purchaser too).
Ryan O’Keefe –
I purchased this specifically for use in a security camera. High endurance are recommended for this sue case. I choose SanDisk because that has been my go to SD card for years (I have dozens of them) and have always had good luck. SanDisk is reasonably priced considering the performance and longevity of the product.
