Due to the Chinese coronavirus I purchased this for a friend of mine who has underlying breathing problems to check her oxygen level in the blood. Works great compared it to a unit I’ve had for a couple years that cost four times as much.

The product is a little smaller than the one I previously had and misplaced, but it seems to work well. I have only had it for a month, but got it just in time to find out that my mother’s oxygen got very low while she was at home with Covid 19. Because we had this oximeter, we were alerted that she would need to go to the hospital to receive oxygen. I am happy to report that she is home now, doing very well, and her oxygen is being checked several times a day with this oximeter.

With Covid-19 affecting oxygen levels in the blood, this is a good way to help keep an eye on things if you suspect you might have caught it because apparently you can’t easily tell you aren’t running with a normal amount of oxygen in your lungs. Well this little device can help! The pulse counter is also cool to watch.
