SECURITYMAN 2-in-1 Door & Patio Security Bars (2 Pack)

Very easy to use, just takes a few minutes to adjust to your door height. They seem to stick to my floors pretty well, I have wood floors. Decently heavy but sturdy material. No issue with appearance, it’s just black metal. They do give me peace of mind when I sleep.

I wasn’t sure if this would fit my door handle since it is a bit unconventional, but it fits great! This product is perfect for additional security. We tested the strength of it against someone trying to get in the door and it held up amazingly. It was super easy to use and adjust the size to fit the space correctly. Would definitely recommend!

El producto se adapta muy bien a la medida de las ventanas e incluso pude ajustarlo para que quedara levemente abierta y mi gato pudiera entrar y salir, sin permitir un acceso más amplio. Tienen gomas en los extremos para no dañar los marcos de las ventanas y el material es de buena calidad. Espero jamás tener comprobar su resistencia, pero hasta ahora todo bien. Llevo más de 3 meses con ellas.

My granddaughter just recently moved into her first apartment by herself with her two small children. Was amazed at how well they were made and the price paid. I called her and she stopped on her way home from work and picked them up the next morning she called me and she said Grandma I slept all night long, those two security men are wonderful. During the day she uses one of them on the pantry door to keep her two-year-old out of there, that also works great definitely a bonus. They are made with good materials and very sturdy. You actually could use them to protect yourself if needed I wouldn’t want to be hit across the back of the head with one of them

Came quickly and at a good price. Bought the 2-pack and I am pleased with the look and feel of the security bars. They were easy to assemble and using them is a breeze. Great for adding another level of security for your home. I ended up buying 4 total.

Construction and installation were easy enough. Just snap the three bars in place, snuggle it up against your door (or in the wedge if you’re using it in a sliding door), and forget it…
…Or not, because the sturdiness leaves something to be desired.

While this isn’t the absolute worst security bar I’ve ever seen, it’s far from the best. The metal is only somewhat thicker than a metal broom handle and the integrity is kind of shaky in the areas where the individual segments link up. The rubber foot, the part that touches the floor, doesn’t always stay flush, defeating the purpose of having a bar in the first place. You really have to jam it up under the doorknob to stabilize it and since the poles are so thin I fear it’ll bend them over time.

You’ll probably keep out opportunists wanting a path of least resistance, but anyone determined enough to get in will get in with just a bit more effort.

All in all: It’s fine if you’re using it for sliding doors, but not the best for doors with knobs.

It’s ease to use and put together. The first time using it was a little hard but once you understand it, it’s easy. It’s lightweight but sturdy. The performance is amazing.
