Easy to install but does not fit perfectly to ever bed frame because bed frames are all build different

After over two weeks of trying different styles of these from different brands (some had sizes that would take over a month to ship from overseas), I have returned all of them except this particular I one. They are all pretty much the same but with some subtle difference in quality, color and style.
This specific one definitely has a tighter (less stretchy) and higher quality wooven mesh. The locking/unlocking mechanism are more fluid on this one and one of the biggest pro’s is that it will fit more perfectly with the mattress (especially larger ones) versus other brands because the bottom rail is offset a little bit. I am able to use this little buffer to get the rails halfway below my mattress and still have a proper fit. The other brands did not have this offset, so when the mattress came down there was not enough clearance and the entire rail would bulge outwards and look bent.

It does the job it needs to which was preventing my 10 month old from crawling off the bed when I’m still in the process of waking up. It did not take us longer than 10 minutes to set everything up. I bought two and they work beautifully. They could stand to be more stable but I believe that’s because I only bought two of them for the sides that needed covering. They fit beautifully, they just need their corners.

I got a new bed that is very tall. I have small dogs, some of whom are geriatric, and I worried about them falling out of bed.
I got one of these for each side of the bed, plus a ramp for the end of the bed, and my dogs are now safe.

I’m happy with my purchase. We purchased 3 rails, 2 side rails and 1 end rail, to form the U shape on our queen size bed. It took my husband about an hour to set it up due to the need for some improvising. Our baby turned 1 the weekend we installed it, so you can see how high it comes up on her in the photo (she was 29” at her 1 year checkup). She is VERY strong and it stands strong through all of her shaking of it and falling against it. She has even done a perimeter check to see if there’s a way out and she had no luck. Lol I will admit that she was very adamant about getting out on one occasion and she managed to get her foot stuck under the rail (between the rail and the mattress). Nothing serious, she wasn’t injured or anything, she had just somehow worked (she had to of worked it in there) her foot under it and I had to turn her foot and slide it back in. Just be mindful of your babies when they are in there. She did that while I was on the bed with her! It is not intended for unsupervised use, so just keep that in mind. There is room for improvement in stability if you are going for the U shape as we did, but overall, we’re happy with it after just a few adjustments. I’m glad we bought it.
*At one point in the video you hear me say we purchased the rails to form the “Y” shape and what I meant to say was the “U” shape.
**UPDATE: Our baby girl will be 2 in about a month and we still use and absolutely LOVE these rails. She’s gotten significantly taller, but we bought a new and lower mattress too, so things evened out height-wise. I honestly don’t know what I would do without these rails – life would be more difficult, I know that. They were definitely worth every penny.
(Again, I only gave 4 stars instead of 5, because I think they should come equipped with a way to stabilize the U shape. However, I would give this product a 4.5 if I could!

I wish I’d gotten these earlier! For the times when we co-sleep or if I need a safe play area for my son while I clean and organize the bedroom, these are awesome! The sides go up and down with ease, and everything is super sturdy. Whatever the use I know my kid is safe from tumbles and I can relax! (Great for getting a few more minutes of sleep in the morning after the bub has awoken)

This product requires an attachment to slide under the mattress or box spring. Either way, the base slowly slids out and creates gaps.
Our Yorkie squeezed through easily and fell to the floor.
We had a $650 vet bill at the emergency clinic that night.
