Amazon customer –
Do not by this or any Ashley product from Amazon. We purchased two recliners and a reclining sofa from Amazon 10 months ago. The headrest on one of the recliners is peeling off. We initially contacted Amazon who advised that they only provide one month of warranty support. We were directed to Ashley. After 7 attempted phone calls and two chats(I actually saved the chat log), Ashley advises that they will not warranty any products purchased on Amazon. Their website lists a one year warranty and does not specify any exclusions related to Amazon. Literally the worst customer service experience of my life. If I could give this a zero I would. I am going to spend the rest of the day leaving this review on every Ashley product sold by Amazon.

Despite it’s comfortable, it came with a lot of holes on the bottom and on the side of the couch upon indoor delivery. The cover is not able to replace, so there is nothing you can do other than returning it. As many others pointed out in their reviews, there is no legs. There is no plastic bag with legs at all, and there is not even room on this sofa for attaching legs (see picture).

This overstuffed look loveseat in soft chenille fabric is velvety smooth; the seat and back are comfy and supportive. The color on Amazon was called Cream but Ashley called it Stone which I think is more accurate since it’s a mix of cream with flecks of gray which will likely wear better than a solid color. I also got the oversized chair that matches in the Grey (Ash) – same style and quality. I’m super happy with my purchase.

The loveseat came with no predrilled holes for the legs. The legs comes with 4- 2inch screws and you have to use the paper cut out supplied with the legs to figure out where to line the legs up on the loveseat using your own phillips screwdriver and try making holes yourself through the black fabric on the bottom of the couch. Be careful too, the staples used to attach the black felt material on the bottom of the couch will scratch your floors up if you are pushing the loveseat. I gave up trying to make holes, it’s difficult. So my loveseat is sitting on the bare floor with no legs attached. The legs will come in a plastic bag under the sofas seat cushion. This is design poorly due to this issue with the legs. Also, one of the attached back pillows came showing signs of the corner sagging already.
