This is a difficult review to write, but I will give it a try! The first set of organizers I received were defective. None of the 12 could be fully assembled. The snap-in tab on one end simply would not snap into place as the others did. This made them completely useless. I watched the video, followed the instructions and had no problem with one end. It appeared the alignment was slightly off. As the seller requested I contacted them with the issue and this is where the frustration began. They wanted video evidence and more. I tried to comply with each request. After a lot of back and forth and much lost time, they EVENTUALLY replaced, but not before making me feel like I was trying to deceive them. Why, I don’t know. In retrospect, I should have just returned to Amazon through their normal channel, The replacements I received were perfect. They all went together very easily and I love the finished product in my closet- very neat and organized. In fact I liked them so much I ordered a second set recently because the are so nice. First thing I did was to check to make sure they went together correctly and they did. Thank goodness! I searched several products before purchasing and I am so glad I selected these. To sum it up, I love the product and would give it 5 stars and I’m glad I didn’t give up on it. I am only giving it 4 stars because the first set was unusable. I would guess this was an anomaly, but it does happen. ( I actually read a review where the the customer duct taped them together – Yikes!) However, dealing with the seller when a problem surfaced – being made to feel like someone who couldn’t assemble a very simple product or worse, someone who was dishonest – was a nightmare.

Putting together the containers was really easy. It took me some time to assemble all containers and it was a very repetitive process but it was worth it, now my closet looks cleaner. I liked the fact you can stack them and that most of my shoes fit perfectly in the containers. If you’re looking for a cheap and clean way to store your shoes, this is the way to go

I ordered two different shoe organizers. Returned the other one because it was so flimsy. I love these shoe organizers! Easy to install and they are very sturdy and look really nice. You will definitely be impressed with this purchase! Just be sure when you install them to make sure the male and female ends are facing the same way! (Rookie mistake!)

the size of these is accurate I wear a w9 and my shoes fit perfect. the assembly was confusing at first, but they seem to stack well. they are not a hard plastic for the shoe compartment. it’s more of a bendable plastic you have to bend to for the front and back part. I wanted hard plastic, but you really can’t tell once its put and stacked together so I will be ordering more!

This shoe box system was easy to assemble. The boxes have plenty of room for all types of shoes. I wear hightop sneakers and they fit along with Uggs and boots. You can put the boxes together in any formation and they stay put. Good quality for the price and as your collection grows you can add more boxes. So happy with this purchase.
