I love that you hardly need to do any work! Just scoop the poop and after 2 weeks you just throw away the box. And with 2 boxes per order it’s a whole month worth of litter. Great deal!

Skoon is simply rebranding diatomaceous earth as cat litter. You can find 25lb bags of this stuff at Home Depot for $7. The intended use is for quick absorption of chemical/oil spills then immediate disposal… so it’s no surprise letting animal urine sit in it is going to smell. And I mean SMELL! I was blown away at how terrible Skoon was at absorbing odor. It almost amplified it. I’ve never smelled a litter box get that bad that fast. Expect to get a box a week as far as odor control goes. But even worse is the box itself. It’s tiny. And obviously when you pee on cardboard it gets soggy. When I was ready to throw away the box, it completely fell apart when I picked it up and I had a disgusting pile of urine mud all over my floor. Idk what else to say other than they have great branding to lock in those one time sales but I’d be completely shocked if they had any repeat customers.

Traveling with a cat is a hassle more often than not, but the Skoon litter boxes made it quite a bit easier. For a quick trip over the holidays (2-3 days) this is the perfect disposable litter box. I have a messy cat, and the large particles made cleanup a breeze.

The litter is ok, it does help with the smell a little, but after a week I went to toss the box (yes I scooped the poop daily) and when I lifted it the urine was leaking from the box corner, I switched to using the bag and a normal litter pan but found that after a few days the urine was sitting at the bottom unabsorbed. My cats Love the litter but it still gets everywhere and the vacuum kicks it out, sadly I’ll probably switch back to my previous litter as the cost is the same but it last longer and I can flush it

First I’d like to mention that I was a bit confused at the size of the package these arrived in, It appeared to be the size of only 1 litter box, but upon opening it was in fact 2.
Here’s a list of pros and cons to decide if this product us for you:
Pros:
Cheap – for 15 a box (30 for 2) this is the cheapest disposable litter box I’ve been able to find.
Slim/lightweight- It is very easy to store
Convenience- no more cleaning nasty litter boxes, just scoop daily and replace when needed.
Cons:
Size- it’s very small, my cat is also very small but if you have a bigger cat do not purchase this.
Spills- there were a few bits of litter floating around the outside of the boxes when I opened the package.
Structure-
The box stays open with some push tabs and personally doesn’t feel very sturdy to me
Overall if you have a small cat and want the convenience of a disposable litter box for a great price this is for you. I just set it up so we will have to see if my cat likes it, I will update if anything goes wrong but if I don’t update then that’s good news!

I bought this litter to use while I was traveling in a car with my cat. It worked very good because I could put just a small amount in a 4 inch high litter box and it was very light weight. In the pet friendly hotel my cat didn’t track litter all over the room. Just removed her poop and flushed it in toilet, don’t do that with clumping litter. When she peed in litter there was no smell. While I stayed at friend’s house it was very easy to keep litter box clean and there was on mess or smell. Now that I’m back home it’s working very good too. There is no dust and only the small piece of the litter to sweep up once in a while. Kitty seem to like it too. Buying it by bag and putting in bigger litter box.

When it arrived I was so disappointed to see how small the litter box was and the amount of litter in it !!! I had planned on dumping the litter into my oversized stainless steel pan. I thought this amount of litter is never going to work for 3 cats. However to my surprise it is working fantastic !!! I am not losing much litter since i don’t find lumps of urine to scoop out. The odor control is unbelievable !!! I am waiting to see how long it will hold up before needing to change. The litter also doesn’t track very much.

My cats did not use it, they stopped using their regular cat litter when I added some of this to it. I also tried adding some of their litter to this, they said nope and did their business on the floor next to the box 😳
