I have tried other CO2 inflators and all have been unusable for my bike. They have had no way to set pressure and can easily overinflate. The Skwiki Pre-Set CO2 Inflator has been a game changer.
The inflator has a very small form factor and fits nicely into my rear bag. It is also much lighter than my hand pump. The unit is easy to use. Twist the dial to your desired PSI, place the pump on your valve and turn the flow adjust knob to inflate the tire. Once the desired PSI has been reached, the air will stop flowing into the tire and will vent out of the other side. It is that simple.
I am very happy that I have finally found a CO2 inflater that actually works well. While it is a bit more expensive than others at $35, for the convenience, ease of use and small form factor it is definitely worth the price in my opinion.

One of the coolest features is its ability to inflate tires to a pre-set PSI value, which means no more guesswork or fear of over-inflation. It’s pretty user-friendly. The push-down connection to the tire valves is super convenient – no need to screw anything in, just a quick, secure attachment and you’re good to go.
The inflator’s design is spot on, too. It’s compact, lightweight, and feels sturdy in hand – a perfect fit for my bike pack, and it doesn’t add any bulk. The oversized control knob deserves a shout-out as well; it makes inflating tires a breeze, even when I’m out on the trail and wearing gloves. And, it’s reassuring to know that it’s compatible with Presta valves, which covers all of my bikes (road, mountain and gravel).
On the durability front, this CO2 inflator doesn’t disappoint. The CNC-machined aluminum is not only sleek but also tough enough to handle any conditions I’ve thrown at it. It’s clear that there’s been a lot of thought put into the manufacturing, and it shows in the quality. All in all, this CO2 tire inflator has been a fantastic addition to my biking gear – reliable, easy to use, and hopefully built to last.

When I got it I tested it at home wasting a couple of CO2 cartridges to make sure I know how to operate it on the mountain should time come. I followed the instructions and it worked fine.
A couple of months later a mate happened to need help and I was proud to display my mini squeaking CO2 inflator. It didn’t work. The CO2 rushed out of the valve completely and it couldn’t be stopped but the valves. I opened and checked the o-ring seal and spring and seem in good order.
I regret buying it because I already had a bulky but well functioning CO2 inflator by TacX.

I have only had a need to use a CO2 inflator on a few occasions, but have been grateful how easily and quickly they work. The last time I used an inflator, it was to help another biker that had low tire pressure and just needed some air. In that case, I handed them my inflator, showed them how to set the target tire pressure and then how to start the flow of the CO2 once placed onto the tire valve. That person had never used a CO2 inflator and their biking companion did not know such a thing existed and was stunned that the tire had been inflated so quickly. I seem to recall their words being something like, “That’s it?”. Personally, I really like the solid build of the inflator and I expect it will be a long time before I need to replace it. My only hesitation is that the PSI/BAR setting is a bit confusing. I figure it gets me close enough to get back home to put air in the tire and re-check the tire pressure with an actual gauge.

I ordered the Skwiki PRE-Set Pressure Bicycle C02 Inflator/Deflator, Regulate Tire Pressure Upon Desired Level, Insulated Grip Sleeve, Presta Compatible, Compact, for MTB, Gravel, and Road Bikes.
I did a couple of tests just going off of the instruction sheet but am going to do the test again now ghat I’ve watched the video on the product page.
My first test was on a mtn bike tire for 30 psi. That test didn’t so so well (likely user error). My second test was on a stored road bike’s tire that was pretty flat. I set the gauge for 80 psi just as a test. I think that one worked out and I believe my tire pump gauge said 85 (close enough).
In my next test, probably next weekend, I’ll fill the other tire to 70 psi, measure it, then go to 90. If all that works out okay, I’ll update this review with the results and probably change my rating to 5 stars.
I strongly suggest giving it a trial run before using it in the field so that you are used to the bluefin sound or a least watch the video a couple of times. I did the tests because I bought a card of thirty 6g CO2 cartridges around 2015 and still had 25 left before the tests. I do 1000s of miles of cycling each year but I’ve rarely gotten a flat on a ride (mainly paved rail trails and Gatorskin tires help a lot).
Overall, 4 stars from me until I retest the procedure.

Simple, easy and quick to use for tubeless tires that are constantly going flat.

Having a built-in pressure regulator helps you to correctly inflate bike tires and not waste the CO2. Make it last longer for those emergencies. It is good quality. I would buy again.

This is a very great tool for your kit! The few times I’ve had to add air to my tire after the bike tire sealant plugged a hole, I never know how much to add. One time I actually had the pressure at the max the rim could take.
This tool stops that worry. I find it quite accurate when I want it to stop at a certain pressure, it does within a couple lbs.
This allows me to not bring a pump with a gage and all its weight and bulk. Makes my kit much simpler!

I was very impressed with this CO2 inflator. It is pretty compact AND it has pressure regulator. It makes my current CO2 inflator look like a dinosaur! This one is made of nicely machined aluminum and once you set the pressure you want and turn the valve, it fills the tire and then blows out the relief point once the set pressure is reached. Very creative! I’ve only tested it out once so far on one of my mountain bike tires (29″ x 2.6″). I went from 20psi to 40psi. When I checked the pressure after pulling the inflator off it measured about 43 psi which I think is pretty amazing! it is compact enough to store in you seat bag with a couple cannisters. It also comes with a neoprene sleave for the cannister to keep you fingers from freezing on the cannister when inflating. Definitely a recommended purchase if you want a compact pressure regulating CO2 inflator!
