This ring is my favorite thing of 2024!
I’m one of those people who can’t stand to wear a watch 24/7, but also wants to track my basic health stats, steps, sleep, etc and that’s where this ring steps in to cover all the bases for me. I’ve been wearing it for the last week and can truthfully say I love it! I’ve tried fitbits, smart watches, and basic pedometers but none of them were something I could stand to wear consistently. It only took me a couple of days to forget this ring is even on my finger. It tracks my heart rate, blood pressure, blood oxygen, steps, exercise, and sleep while I just go about my life. It’s a little thick, so there’s an adjustment period, but seriously, it’s a day or two and then you won’t even think about it. I’ve showered with it, washed my dog, ridden my bike in the rain, and swam while wearing it, and I love that I don’t have to think about it. The SmartHealth app it pairs to is easy to use and puts all your important information front and center on the main screen. Unlike most smart watches, and I’ve tried many, I had zero issues with setup and was ready to wear and go in under ten minutes.
The ring comes with an incredibly handy charging case that uses magnetic attraction to hold your ring in the right position for charging and has a convenient lanyard so you can take it in the go. Personally I just keep it in my desk and put my ring on it every couple days while I’m working. It’s done and ready to go back on my hand before I’ve finished work. It does also come with a direct charging cord that also uses magnets for positioning, but besides testing it (it works) I’ve not used it.
If you’re thinking of replacing your old, clunky, unattractive smart watch with a ring I highly recommend giving this one a chance. It’s not going to take phone calls or text messages or vibrate when you get alerts. It’s just going to sit, passively on your finger and do exactly what it’s meant to do.

I absolutely love this ring. It was tricky to sync at first, but once it did, it is amazing. Tracks sleep, HR, BP, Sp02 as well as other apps and the beauty of it is that you can keep it on for days as it charges for at least 3-5 days before needing a boost. I have showered with the ring on, and it hasn’t affected it’s functioning. I am hoping that we will continue to have this beautiful relationship as I stive to monitor my health (of course, with my physicians as well).

My daughter in law and I both have this item. She’s had hers since before mother’s day and I’ve had mine a bit longer. She really likes hers, she’s a runner and she swims every day. love mine. It has been great so far, takes less than an hour to fully charge and has been lasting around 4-5 days. Washing dishes, hands and in the shower, no problem. The software works great giving me my sleeping information as well as my blood oxygen, heart rate and blood pressure. Also tracks every step and I’m very pleased. I purchased the Asurion insurance and I think it definitely gives you value for the price paid. The only thing I wish this ring had was an alarm. I’m sure that will come sooner rather than later as an option.

I bought this because I thought it would be useful instead of an actually watch. It is not easy to set up and the instructions are ridiculously microscopic . Because of this, I am not sure how to charge the device of even if I have the right device name connected. Waiting for it to charge.Takes longer than 30 minutes. Disappointing experience so far. If this ring becomes usable, I will add more. Battery drains nightly so t does not last.Wish I could get assistance

I ordered this LVTEL Smart Ring R8 – Fitness Ring Health Tracker – Sleep Tracking – Heart Rate Monitor to track how little sleep I really get.
I ordered my normal ring size (10) and it didn’t even fit my pinky. Customer Service sent me a 12 and it’s almost perfect. A tiny bit big, but not even close to slipping off.
The Ring arrived well-protected and intact.
It wasn’t charged, so I used the charging case. In about 40 minutes it was ready.
The Ring didn’t have any light to indicate a pairing mode, but I downloaded the app and hoped. It paired right away.
The app has a guest mode, so I chose that to protect my privacy, and my email account. The app works well, but I’m still trying to figure out why it won’t track my sleep.
I have been adjusting some of the settings, and there are still more to figure out, so I’m sure I will get it to work eventually.
(Update: I took the ring off for a day, put it back on, and it tracks my sleep now. I don’t know what I did, but it works.)
This ring is very durable so far! I’m a mechanic and my hands are regularly covered in grease. I do a lot of hand washing/scrubbing to remove it, and the ring has held up. I haven’t taken it off in 5 days, except to charge it for 30 minutes, and haven’t had any issues.
Still learning, but so far, it’s a nice looking, durable, ring, and seems on track with my stats.
UPDATE- The ring worked for a few weeks, then fell apart. Customer Service provided another ring, and it is working well. Hopefully it holds up longer.
UPDATE- Replacement ring functioned for acfew days, then stopped doing anything. The inner seal failed. I assume it got moisture inside.
This Customer Service was exceptional at replacement and response!! Thank you! This is why it still has any stars at all. The best customer service can’t make up for a faulty item though.
