I just received this vest but am in the fence about whether or not I’ll keep it. The cut and lines of the vest is stylish and modern. It is made well, seems to be of good quality. It primarily fits true to size with the arm openings a little on the larger size. If you’re small chested, this might be a factor. I’m larger on top, so it fits well across my chest but when zipped, it’s little snug across the tummy/hips. I’m 5’2”, 30 lbs overweight, 42” bust and got XL. I usually order a XXL for extra room, but this would be too big. The 4 hand pockets are good, just wish there was a pocket inside the chest for reading glasses, a pen, etc. for plane travel. A 5th pocket would send it over the top and be more competitive with the ScotteVests. I live in Florida, so I got this vest for winter or travel. It is definitely not a summer or warm weather vest, but it will carry you through anywhere the temps dip a bit and you need to fight the chill. The material is a bit stiff, not sure if washing will soften it. I got the dark gray and it has a bit of a sheen to it. Reminds me of a gun metal color. I didn’t see any reviews mentioning sheen. I asked my husband if he saw the sheen, and he said yes but it’s not overly shiny. He didn’t say wow, that looks great, he was just ok with it and that it would work for travel. The stiffer material and slight sheen are my issues, but the fit/cut/price/functionality make it hard to return. Hence, the fence….

Would like a lighter, single layer option with more colors or patterns. This vest is nice, but more substantial than I am looking for now, but it will work well for 3 seasons. Good length. Delivery times are different for some colors. I first ordered one in “tan-yellow” delivery time took 6 weeks. This gray one arrived in 10 days. Seems strange.

The vest would be great for cooler 60°/70° weather. I need something that can breathe in hot 🔥 🥵 100° weather. Something with a vent in the back. It’s very nice product. Definitely recommend. Fit was spot on. Fabric feels water resistant and fade proof… only time will tell.

I really like this vest but I wanted navy to match my travel clothes and this is not navy. It is indigo which is a purplish blue. It’s a lovely color but it is not navy. Just like the one star review said. I should have listened.
I like the fit – I’m a busty 160 and feel like this large fits fine. I bought it for the pockets and the zippers seem like nice quality. The inside pockets are narrow but deep so it seems like it would be hard for something to fall out on a run. The armholes have a bit of a gap that I wouldn’t tolerate on a sundress but as a layering piece, it doesn’t bother me as much on this vest.
I might keep it if it matches other things but have ordered a dark gray in the mean time. Had to give it a 3 because of the misnamed color. It won’t work for what I had planned.

I followed the sizing on this vest and it is a bit on the large side in the bust and waist but falls nicely over my hips. I’m more pear shaped but not an extreme pair shape. It is soft and has a nice feel. I would say it isn’t a true “navy blue” but more of a cobalt blue. It is a lovely color. It has a little sheen but it dresses it up a little and I don’t mind it. I’m still trying to decide if I’ll keep this vest or order a medium but I do really like it and will have one in my wardrobe.

Ordered a large because I have a 40 inch bust and it’s definitely gaping in the bust, while fitting perfectly in the waist and the hips. Hope I can find someone to quickly take in the sides at the armholes.
It’s important to note that the interior pockets are deep, but somewhat narrow. Not much wider than a cell phone. Also, they have no closure at the top. No zipper, no Velcro.
I think the fabric is great and hangs nicely. Don’t notice the sheen in the black color that people are talking about. It’s nice looking and I like the way it covers “the rear”.
