Works perfectly via Bluetooth with my iPhone. Great sound and so compact. I easily move it from my desk (at home) to a puzzle table in another room. It has a good weight to it and the whole finish feels a bit “rubbery” to it allowing a great grip, in your hand or while sitting on a table or counter. Such a great purchase – we have 2 of the Anker 2s and this is a bit better.

For the price it sounds excellent. I’ll probably get another to pair with it. It connects very quickly and connects to multiple devices which is cool. Has a nice quality and performs very well. I like the size and appearance because I can put it just about anywhere and it looks good where it’s at.
This speaker is an absolute bang for your buck. The sound is clear and punchy and can easily be equalized with the included app. However, the bass becomes quite unpronounced when listened to in a large room or from afar. Works great in the shower or on your nightstand!

I wanted a Bluetooth speaker I could connect to to play ambient music in our house. I was originally looking for something that can be left plugged in so I don’t have to constantly check for battery levels but I can’t find anything that fits my requirements that’s within my budget. I saw this Soundcore speaker and I thought maybe I could just leave it plugged in and bought it.
It arrived fast, packaging was standard, it came with the speaker, manuals, usbc cable, and a strap.
Sound: is really good and it’s better than what I was expecting. Connection: is easy. originally thought I got a defective product because for some reason the music(i was connected to my phone playing on youtube some cafe music) I was playing would stop. this is always a scary experience for me because I hate receiving defective products then I would have to return it. Anyhow after observing why it kept stopping, I realized I was connected to multiple devices! I was connected to my laptop and to my phone. When I was playing youtube music, it would stop because I was doing something on my computer. I just realized it when my alarm on my computer set off while I was eating and as far as I know that time, the speaker was connected to my phone playing something. it stopped and my alarm rang. I think it’s a nice feature if you’re not actively using your connected devices at the same time. I just need to learn how to use it properly. Volume: loud enough for our 1ksqft house. Water Resistance: haven’t tried it in this condition yet. Price: i don’t know the regular price of this speaker as I got it on coupon/sale but for what I paid(60CAD) ,it’s worth it. I believe Soundcore goes on sale pretty often. I also have a Soundcore earbuds and headphones and I got them both on sale(bought on separate occasions).
So far I’m enjoying the product and would recommend it 5stars to everyone looking for a portable speaker. Another feature that made me go for this unit is that it states in the description that you can connect it to other Soundcore speakers! I don’t have other SC speakers right now but it’s nice to know that if in the future I decide to get another one for a different room, I can easily play the same music on all of them as long as they’re connected to one another.
Two things I don’t like however, is that I learned from the app that it’s not recommended to use the speaker while charging, and also you can’t leave it plugged in. I wanted to leave it plugged in as I was planning to leave it on top of our cupboard as it sounded the best there. Thankfully battery life is great so I won’t have to keep charging it every 3 hrs. oh well…

Excellent battery. Audio quality is great considering the size of the speaker. Value is excellent.
I don’t feel the audio is quite as good as some more expensive options out there, but I’m not the least bit disappointed with it’s performance. Bass is much better than the Soundcore 2. The Soundcore 3 also works with the Soundcore App so you can adjust mixer settings.
I wish it had a plug or cap for the USB-C plug. We use it at the beach and I’d like to keep salt spray / sand out of it.
I do miss the 1/8 in audio input that the Soundcore 2 has, since it also doubles as my computer speaker, but I understand that most are going to use bluetooth exclusively.
Get it on Prime Day for a great deal.

I was quite surprised. Feels substantial, well made, sturdy, nothing cheap about it. Lots of soft rubber around all sides so it doesn’t clunk around when placed on a surface. The sound, without the app, was clear, wide frequency response, deep bass, much richer than I expected for the price. I’d say it’s comparable to any of similar size at twice the price. And the long play time comes from a 4200mAH battery, which is one reason for the good heavy feel. It works well in rooms up to about 15 x 15 ft, or outside on a table. Was easy to pair. The top buttons are a bit too universal for me, like trying to remember what each can do is hard if you don’t use them often. Very happy though.
