Disappointed. All the fasteners and a couple brackets missing. Instructions said email SPAMPUR for assembly issues and promised a response within 24 hours. They never responded. Returned item for refund, will try a different manufacturer. UPDATE: Both the seller (M-C-Z) and the manufacturer (Spampur) contacted me and made it right. I received a new organizer with all the parts. Assembly was easy, looks great, and holds all my tools. I appreciate the companies making it right and I recommend this product.

this shelf is easy to assemble, has a good amount of space and is easy to mount to the wall. the only small complaint Id make is there are slots for screwdriver storage along the back side of the top shelf which seems a little useless. Youd have to move anything you had stored up there to get at the screwdrivers. Other than this small oversight, the slots dont interfere with storage in any way, this is a fantastic little shelf.

The rack itself is fine. The hardware is another story. Just throw it away and use something different. The plastic inserts that go into the wall are horrible. I tried starting off with a smaller drill bit than I thought was necessary and worked my way up until getting the insert was still tight. Tapped it into the wall with a hammer. Tried to screw it in and almost all the way in, it spun in the wall. The screws were also not even completely round. I had to make a trip to the hardware store to get it mounted to my wall. Could have been 5 stars with good hardware. But wow, cheap out and make this whole deal frustrating and make me waste my time.
