So first I should say, it really does work. So maybe I should give the product 5 stars, since it really does make you sweat. However, I haven’t really found that all the extra sweating makes me lose any extra weight, because as soon as I drink water it just comes right back. I wish that wasn’t true, but it’s just the way it is. However, going a couple of extra miles and then skipping dinner definitely drops the pounds real quick and without all the sticky nasty mess of this stuff.

By smearing this stuff on my body, I may be sweating out extra toxins and that’s important, but it really feels gross. Very oily and greasy and uncomfortable. I used it a few times before I went for my usual 6 mile run in the mountains and the whole time, I felt like a greasy, sweaty little piglet and pretty much completely disgusting. Fortunately I don’t smell bad no matter how much I sweat, or I’d also be a stinky, sweaty, greasy little piglet which would really be intolerable! lol

Actually the stuff does smell pretty good – it really is sweet sweat, true to the name. However, that being said, the greasiness was enough to completely turn me off the product and make me really uncomfortable. You will most definitely sweat way more than normal. But you will also most definitely be oily and greasy too, and if that doesn’t sound pleasant to you, then skip it.
