The grips are rubber with metal ends/covers on both sides. They actually look pretty cool. The grip itself is a waffle pattern, which gives you some “traction”. The end parts simply bolt onto the rubber grip, which isn’t ideal, but works for looks. You better use loctite so you don’t loose the ends. The rubber part isn’t super thick, so don’t expect any sort of padding or dampening from them.
These are a “looks cool” but still functional part.

I just bought a used bike and the prior owner installed some kind of weird colored grips. They were off-white and orange. The rest of the bike is read, white and blue. It was a weird combo. Plus, any handgrip that is light colored starts to look dirty immediately. I was happy to order these grips and to bring my bars back to black. They were easy to install and fit my Honda Grom perfectly.
The Central Scrutinizer –
These are basic inexpensive grips. They work fine and I think they look good. Pic has one installed on the clutch side of a 2020 Honda CBR 600RR.
I’ve had similar ones on other bikes and they work fine. There’s not much vibration damping as they are light and have no bar end weights. The aluminum wont’ stand up to an impact but otherwise will last forever. The red will almost certainly fade to pinkish once it gets much sun exposure (at least all the other ones I’ve seen have had this happen).
The throttle side is a tight fit with the throttle tube. I had to coat it with a little oil and tap it on with a mallet.
These do the job, look good but they are $12 grips.
Spish –
Pros: Good grip, low price.
Cons: Will NOT directly fit a 2015 Honda CTX700N. The throttle sleeve has a plastic flange on the end. The grips have hard plastic elements at both ends and these will NOT go over the sleeve flange without modifying the sleeve or the grips. Also, the weighted ends are MUCH lighter than stock, which leads to a noticeable increase in vibration from the engine and the road.

I ordered these 2PCS Motorcycle Handlebar Grips,7/8″ & 1″, Motorcycle Grips through the VINE program. They are not as thick as the ones I replaced, so they don’t feel as comfortable. They were easy to install and look good; the color matches my trike. I am getting used to the feel of the slimmer grip. It doesn’t seem like a big deal, but the subtle change in grip size takes getting used to. Esthetically, they are reasonable; quality-wise, they are decent. We’ll see what the next set of seasons do to them.

I have not had the chance to install them on the bike as of yet but I did check to make sure they were the right size and diameter advertised and that they fit my specific needs and they are. I cant wait to install them since they fir the all blacked out look im going for. Quality feels nice in the hands, fit and finish feels great
