I have to admit this stuff actually works. I mixed it up according to the instructions with high octane gas. I removed the old gas from the tank and ran the machine dry / until the motor stopped. I poured the fresh gas and cleaner into the tank and fired up the machine to get the mixture flowing through the engine. Let it run for a couple of minutes and shut it down. Left the mixture in the engine for a couple of days. Started the engine days later and noticed quite a difference in operation. Ran this stuff through the snowblower, lawnmower and generator. Previously had trouble getting the generator going but after running this engine cleaner through it, I have no problems with startup and it idles much more smoothly.

I bought this originally to cure a 1984 vintage John Deere lawn tractor that was running erratically. After running this product through the engine, it now runs markedly better.
More recently a neighbor at our cabin was having issues with a Kawasaki four wheeler running poorly. I ordered this product for him. Skeptically he added it to the Kawasaki fuel, and after a back fire, it sounded and ran much better. He told me he’s a convert.

I used this product and it seemed to improved the generators performance slightly. Would I pay 12 bucks for this product which it’s often being sold for? No. Would I pay the six or seven bucks that it’s often on sale for? Yes. I do believe that the longer I run the generator I’ll see further improvement and perhaps a second treatment will completely do the trick.

I have been repairing small engines since I was 12 years old, that’s 55 years. My Honda EU 2000i generator only gets run once or twice a year and I’m too lazy to drain the gas every time. After five years, it was acting up. Very hard to start, running very rough and surging at full power, and when you turned on Eco mode to let it idle, it would just quit. I was just about to take it apart and get myself covered with gasoline and carb cleaner when I saw this stuff listed here. I was almost certain that the product would not work, but I thought I’d at least give it a try. I added it without even draining and replacing the gasoline that had been in the generator for over a year. As had become common, I had to use starting fluid to get the engine going. After running for about 15 minutes it settled down and ran normally. I gave it another 15 minutes and disconnected the load, then turned on the eco switch. it immediately settled down to a stable idle. It basically runs like new.
if your carb is so clogged that your engine won’t run at all, this is probably not going to work as the carb is just too far gone and needs to be physically cleaned. But if you’re having problems starting, running rough, surging, etc., give this a try. it might save you from a carb rebuild.

it does clean some, as i had the float bowl off before and after on the lawnmower. put some in the motorcycles as well. at the very least, it didnt do anything bad to any of the motors i put it in.

It doesn’t help as written but it really helps to make working older gasoline in the engine’s tank. Note about 10-20 gallons doesn’t make sense (just less amount of green liquid for the same high price). Before the use I add about 1 oz of it in the tank. I wait for 1/2- 1 hour. I spray chock cleaner and engine starts working. I prefer not to stop engine because most probably after the stop you should repeat all the performance. People started to sell less amount (“for 10 gallons” instead of “for 20 gallons”). It is best way to change the gasoline to fresh one but you don’t have expiration on the pump of the gas station. 🙂

After 10 years of usage, my TORO snowblower started to do occasional backfire. I changes the spark plug & I started to use premium gas. That helps but I still witnessed backfire once in a while. So I treated 2.5 gallons of premium gas with 1 once of STA-BIL FAST FIX. I run my snowblower for 15 min and it ran like it was brand new.

I bought this product as my generator wouldn’t run, it would start on choke and then cut out after a few seconds. I drained the fuel from both the tank and the carburetor, added new fuel and the Sta-Bil Fast Fix, tried to get the generator running but was still unsuccessful, tried again after 24 hours still unsuccessful, waited for a week and gave it another try, success! The generator is running fine now. Definitely recommend this product!

I have a 20+ yr. old snow thrower that was almost impossible to start and, if I got it running, it would not start back up easily.
