I use this for my xbox everyday, great sound, mic quality is good.

My playstation brand headset was going out . Bought these as a back up and then my playstation set fully quit. These have great sound quality. Great mic. Light weight. Great headset highly recommend.

In my opinion, the arctis prime is like a more budget friendly version of the absolute masterclass of the arctis 9 and arctis pro. These are very comfortable, and the retractable mic is a great feature. Audio is decent quality, about expected for gaming headphones at this price.

This feels great on your head, the retractable mic is a great feature, mic quality is great, audio quality is great (although because it has no seperate amplifier you are limited to what the Xbox controller can put out – in my case – PC users or some other consoles maybe you can get more volume easily) and itโs a sturdy build.

Wanted to grab a pair of headphones that wouldnโt break the bank, offers good sounds quality and fit comfortably for hours of gaming and these didnโt disappoint.
They have a sleek look to them that definitely works for me. My previous set was a Logitech wireless set that weighed down my head and gave me neck pains. The sound quality was much better on those than this but these still surprised me.
They are loud with a good amount of base and balance. The ear pieces are soft and donโt get sweaty. The strap is easy to adjust and like that the mic isnโt out unless you want it out. Adding the fact the ears lay flat is a plus!
Definitely would recommend for someone that is just looking to enjoy a good set, not spend a whole lot and wants something that looks sleek and simple.

This headset lacks a lot. For starters, there is absolutely no bass whatsoever. I mean, not even a little. It is like placing tweeters on your ears. I let my son use them for a bit to see if they worked better for him on his PC or His Xbox, and he just laughed at me. Said they might be the worst headphones he has ever tried. So I let my daughter try them. She returned them to me about 15 minutes later with the only feedback as No, Dad.
I set off to do my due diligence and see if I could get them to sound better with software. From bass boosts to 20-band equalizers, nothing made a difference.
I decided to check and see how the mic was, and although the clarity seemed decent, you can’t boost it enough for others to hear you. It was very faint. Again, I tried on different computers, and everything was the same.
Did I get a messed-up set? I have no clue, but at this time, I would not recommend these to someone I hate.

I bought for my teenager and he in love. He dad that people he can hear from other side, looks like sitting next to him. Blocking sounds around.

these headphones work pretty well for me for a 60 something dollar gaming headset. the sound quality is great, especially for ambiance in games. they fit nice and comfortable but the insides where the speakers are do not have padding. this isnโt a big issue for me but it might for others. the top of the headset where it goes on the top of the head isnโt padded either but itโs not extremely annoying. they fit nice and snug, but they donโt block noise as well as they might of said in the description. it works well when there are other sounds playing in the headphones, but if you arenโt listening to anything while using them you would still be able to make out conversations and it can still be an annoyance. be careful with these because they arenโt made of the strongest plastic
tldr: great sound quality, slightly uncomfortable, fragile

Terrible sound, channel imbalance(left side softer) and driver vibration on left side. Do not buy. Wasted my money. Only good thing is the plush build quality. But a headphones is no good without good sound. The Razer Blackshark which I still have is superior in comfort and sound quality.

The noise cancelling is so good that I don’t hear people knocking at times unless the knock LOUD. My cat looks up and meows but when i have these on, it looks like she’s just opening her mouth silently. The sound quality is beautiful, I love listening to music and videos so much with these headphones. I’ve had them for roughly two ish months now and they are still great. The mute button on the back of the right side is so handy when I need to quickly mute myself in a call. The volume slider on the same side is also very useful and easy to use. It fits very comfortably for as long as you need to wear it. The cloth strap really carries the comfort value and is very easy to adjust. The Velcro on the strap is also very strong and I’ve had zero issues with it. The cushions on the ear pieces are also extremely comfortable and don’t irritate whatsoever! I’ve worn these for an 8 hour stream before and it honestly didn’t get any less comfortable. 10/10 best headphones I’ve ever had.

I bought these as a replacement for my HyperX Cloud Flight that was slowly dying. The Arctis Prime headset offers good sound quality and great comfort, but the microphone isn’t very loud. Not a big issue, considering how easy it is to boost it. It is somewhat small, so if you have a bigger than average head, it might be tight on you. The ear cups have great noise isolation, although they’re slightly forceful. The mute button is much better than my last headphones, since they only made a beep to indicate a toggle, and I could never tell if that meant it was muted or not. This mute button noticeably sticks out when it’s muted. The retractable mic is convenient, even though it’s quite quiet. The volume control is easy to use and finely adjustable. You get 2 sound inputs, a standard audio jack and a Steelseries proprietary jack. For only $40 (it was a Prime deal), it’s great value.

I have been playing Destiny 2 and sometimes communication is a must, so I was shopping around for a gaming headset and a friend recommended these to me. They are amazing. I am in love with the sound quality and the mic works perfectly. I love that I can retract it if necessary. There is definitely some sound leakage if I have the volume up high enough, but it’s not really an issue for me. I can’t hear anything outside of the headphones when I have these on.
