As a Swarovski lover, I was excited to find this great deal on the beautiful Pendant/Pin necklace I have been eyeballing. Upon receiving the wrong item twice, the necklace on the ad is not what was sent twice. I received the necklace the matched the smaller pink earrings listed, not the large pendant/pin necklace. This was supposed to be a gift for my mom, but ended up returning after continuing to not receive the item pictured as the listing is incorrect.

I feel the quality has diminished with Swarovski earrings. The metal is thinner and looks less expensive than what they should be for the price. I returned them and other pieces I bought as well. My Swarovski jewelry from 10 years ago was so much nicer and I still wear them all the time.
