Bought this tube last summer but didn’t even inflate it because we used a friends instead. Filled it this year and was great for floating off the dock but it only lasted one hour of boating pulling two girls for a total of 200-250 pounds. It was literally three good tube rides with some waves before we started to see it deflating. Separated on the seam. Trying to patch now but does not look like it will hold due to the location. Not happy and would not recommend!!!

I love the fact that they didn’t try to make the hand holds inflatable. They never stay inflated so eliminating that was a plus

2nd one we have purchased and both developed a tear/ hole in exact same spot inside the bladderThis last one barely lasted a week and wasn’t used everyday during that time. Tried to get a quick replacement as it was the 4th of July weekend with little kids very disappointed. Couldn’t get one in time so ordered another brand and am hoping this one will last longer. On top of that can’t get my money refunded on this one until I return. We’re trying to get it in the box right now using the new tubes’s box But it’s almost impossible to drain out all the water it took in. I’d stay away from this tube for sure.

Only used a couple of times and the back side started deflating. It just will not hold air. No rips, tears or holes. I can’t seem to find anyway to contact the seller to see if it applies to the “1year warranty” and of course it’s past the 30 day return period for Amazon. 🙄

We ordered our tube from them based off of the customer support reviews and great price. On the first outing it was great! We pulled it behind our seadoo with no problem and it was very comfortable for everyone from 2yrs old to 70yrs old. It did end up having a small hole along a crease that made it difficult to patch. Swonder was excellent to work with and provided us with a new tube very quickly!

Was missing parts. Spent 25 dollars for shipping on a 10 dollar part that should of been included. Used it once and it went flat while using it. Very disappointed

I was hopeful that this would last at least a summer but sadly under 48 hours and the tube is completely unusable. Worked great for maybe 24 hours until we were unable to inflate it due to holes in the inner tube. Too bad kids loved it, wish it had lasted.

Great tube! Very comfortable and fun. Unfortunately ours ended up with a small hole after just a few uses but the amazing customer support team with Swonder sent us a replacement quickly! Highly recommend. Very appreciative of the quick responses from customer service and follow up from them to make sure we were satisfied.

After reading reviews I should have known better. Not even 30minutes in to our first trip with the tube it was deflated and not holding air. Sadly because of our weather and just getting out now we missed the return window by 9 days. A couple of sad kids in our home.
