I haven’t tried the intercom and this is my first intercom system. Good battery life, connects to phone easily, loud speakers. decent air flow and functionality. Only complaint is small sizing but it should loosen up some with use. I have another HJC helmet that is larger for the same size.

Good looking helmet. You’ll probably need to go up a few sizes for this helmet. My old HJC is a large, the C91 I purchased is a 2XL and it’s still a bit snug. The sizing instructions indicated a L, however with the previous reviews i decided to go with XL. Had to return it for the 2XL. Internal visor is excellent, outer visor seals well and has indents that allow for raising the visor slightly for air flow.

The media could not be loaded.

I’ve had an HJC before so I went ahead and order a new one, I’ve gained a few lbs so I had to go up from an XS to a Small (not a bad problem to have) it is a little tight still, I know if I went up to a medium it’d be too big especially after it’s broken in. Pretty light weight, great value for the price (especially with included Bluetooth that can easily run you a couple hundred bucks alone) the Bluetooth was preinstalled which was super nice. My only big complaint is it is not comfortable for glasses/large piercing. I have my industrial pierced and have to wear glasses (I can’t wear contacts due to stigmatism) so I had to invest in a pair of sport frames that bend shape. Other than that it is a great helmet and Bluetooth sounds really good. (Visor drop location is also odd being at the top of the helmet)

The helmet is very comfortable. The bluetooth it came with works well. Everyone i have talked to say they hear me clearly. No wind or outside noises and i can hear them clearly on my end. I was happy to find that i didnt need to spend a ton of money on a good bluetooth. Great buy if you ask me.

This is my second HJC helmet and I have to say I am disappointed in the wind noise compared to my previous one. Does seem to fit very tight also, but I am hoping that will get better over time. I do enjoy the Bluetooth intercom, it is nice to be able to listen to music (and to drown out the wind noise).

Fits and feels like your typical HJC helmet that I’ve owned before. Thight at first but then it will loosen after using it for a while. This purchase came with a Blutooth device and the chin curtain wich previuos HJC helmets I’ve purchased did not come with, which is a nice extra. DO NOT GO BY THE SIZE CHART THEY HAVE HERE, otherwise, most likely you’ll have to return it as you must order at least a size bigger than what the chart says your size is.

My head is 23″ in circumference and usually use a 7 3/8 fitted hat comfortably. Therefore acording to the chart I was supposed to order a Large, but I read the reviews and decided to order an XLarge and it still fits tight.

Note this chart says XLarge fits 24″ – 24 3/8″ or 61-62CM and a hat size of 7 5/8″ – 7 3/4″. But XLarge I got says the size is 7 1/2″ – 7 5/8″ (hat size) and 60-61CM with no size in inches noted. Therefore actual size is between Large and Xlarge of what the chart says, which is why it probably still feels thight. But I will keep it since I know it will loosen up, as before I’ve had 2XL which at first feels snug, but then after years of use it starts to feel a little loose.

I’ve got a big noggin. It seems virtually every helmet manufacturer lists their sizes per your head size, but few seem to fit going by their data. I’ve had a SHOEI for a number of years that gave me a headache after 1-2+ hours of riding, too much pressure across the top of my forehead. Aside from their high price, I wasn’t going too make that mistake twice.

HJC does make a nice helmet and I do prefer an open face helmet, but when you get into a 4X or 5X size, you’re limited in style. I tried an HJC 3x and it was too small, then a 4X, too small! This 5X fits and is nice!!
