It was one of the biggest disappointment to encounter such seller. The jacket had a 8cm knife cut on the chest pocket and was inside the plastic wrapper which didnt have a similar tear. Obviously seller repacked the item and post it out.
Unlike other jackets i buy from Amazon that will pack in a box especially for down jackets, this seller just pack into a thin plastic.
Other then the unethical seller, the jacket is good. It has both down feathers n fleece which is warm enough.
I didnt ask for full refund due to the shortage of time. Hence i just ductape it for now.
Beware of such buyers with no other reviews. Dodgy.
