Just love this jacket as it is great for camping, backpacking and works well under a rain shell jacket. I also wear this around town as an everyday casual jacket when it’s cold enough. Best part of this jacket is it can be turned into a little ball for storage with the help of one of the front pockets and is really light. I have compared this one compared to the Patagonia version and the stitching on the Patagonia is not as good and is slightly a little more roomy and fits to size As the Patagonia model has more of a European cut. Only wish there was an internal pocket

For someone like me, this is more than enough to wear in the snow, but I could see how you would need a long sleeve under this. The Thermoball Full Zip is too “puffy” to wear something over it.

This is a very thin jacket and it offers minimal protection against the cold weather. If the weather drops below freezing, get a more insulated jacket. This is more style and fashion than cold weather protection. The price is way too much for a jacket so thin and light and it has a ‘box’ like fit.

I ordered a large. I’m 6’0″ 185lbs and it fits with just enough room for a hoodie or sweatshirt underneath. It’s very lightweight but holds its on. Not for temps below 35. I simply can’t complain. 2 thumbs up!
