Excellent customer service. I have purchased two more for myself in the last couple years- one in camper, one in garage one in the house. Love the magnet on back and the temps printed on the back. Sturdy and well made. Doesn’t eat up batteries. In fact I have only had to replace one battery in the first one I got a couple years ago. Given a few as gifts and they really liked them too. Love the orange one. Easier to spot. Have two in red and one orange. They work great!
