I have struggled with my cuticles since I was a kid. Always chewed them and made them bleed. Even now at almost 60,I can’t help myself. So I have to keep them under control before I start feasting!! This thing is great. I did make myself bleed s few times because it is very sharp at first. So be careful. I do like it though.

I have used the TRIM brand CUTICLE REMOVER/PUSHER for over 5 years, until my puppy decided it was a great chew toy. I tried to find another, but had no luck. Found it on Amazon and it was delivered within 12 hours. Why I love it:
– blade is correctly angled so you don’t accidentally cut too deeply.
– great grip on the handle, won’t slip and cut yourself.
– pusher end is great for when you use liquid cuticle remover.
I seldom leave reviews, but bought so many unsuitable duds before I found TRIM, I though maybe I’d save someone else the search!

This little $3 tool does what it’s supposed to do,and does it better than well, which is something I can rarely say. No more unsanitary “orange “stick ,no more fidgety little cutter, just one ergonomically designed 2 in1 tool , easy to use,.easy to clean, and it does a neater ,cleaner job than the “nippers” I just retired.

It’s a really useful tool, even for an ADD/ADHD person who has issues with skin/nail picking or someone who just wants more control over their nail care. It is easy to control, but watch out, the blade is really sharp so only use a little at a time with light pressure and check the angle you are holding the v-shaped blade so you won’t “dig” too deep or accidentally put a nick in your nail, or accidentally slip and take off a part of your nail! But it really easy to use and you can get the hang of it quickly. I coupled this with some manicure soak, cutical oil, multiple cuticle oil brush tipped pens to use everywhere, and some O’keefs working hands cream and moisturizing soft soap at each sink. All of this has helped immensely as I entered menopause, that extra dry nails, skin, hair period of life.

The price for this matches the quality. This worked very well for me the first few days but then it got flimsy and ultimately broke. look into better quality cuticle cutters before you start with this.
