I’ve tried many different synthetic and traditional wax products on many vehicles over the years. With most of them, it’s almost impossible to avoid getting a streak here and there along some panel seam, or a little spot where you can only see the haze when the sun is at just the right angle. Waxing along pinstripes and other features is very tricky, and please don’t get any on your windshield. This product solves all of those problems, it beads well for a long time, and getting it on plastic trim makes the trim look shiny and new instead of hazy.
I bought a new red truck in 2013, and it has acres of textured black plastic. I’ve waxed everything on the truck with this stuff twice a year since the day it was new, and it still looks great. I wish I had thought to take before and after pictures of the latest waxing. The truck still looked good, but it didn’t look new anymore. Those acres of textured black plastic were a little dull. The matte black metal panels on the doors were looking sort of faded and hazy, as were the windshield wipers. I gave the truck the once over with this stuff, and all those fading plastic areas are fully renewed and shiny black again. Of course it also works very well for bringing the shine out of the paint, just like every other wax in the world. What sets this product apart is the ease of application, the ease of removal, and the fact that it works just as well on pretty much any automotive surface. I don’t like to get it on the glass if I can help it, because it does leave a sort of oily looking haze, but it’s no big deal to buff off when I do.
I used to buy this stuff off the shelf, and my local retailer stopped carrying it. I hope that isn’t a sign that it’s about to be discontinued. I’m going to be a sad panda if so.

OK, I admit it. I’m an addict of the Turtle Wax ICE products. Once a year, I give my car a thorough waxing with the ICE paste wax. Every few months, I use this product, the ICE Liquid Wax. And use the ICE Spray Wax every week, when I wash my car with ICE Car Wash. Maybe I need help.
Anyway, I love the way this wax works. It goes on easily, and it when you wipe it off, it leaves a wonderful shine. And it seems to stand up to lots of washing.
Although my devotion to one brand may be strange, it really is important to stick with one wax brand, since the chemistry of the wax is consistent across products. I’ve tried all the high-end brands on my various cars, and ICE remains my favorite. And I love it. And good luck with polishing your favorite car.

Excellent vendor and wonderful product. We do not have this in Canada this year, so I was delighted with the fresh stock and speedy delivery.
First, I used the sealant about a week before putting this on, and used the old version of this product before so I can compare. Right off it goes on SO easily, nice and creamy and covers without a hick up … in short it went on fast. It also removed easily, and I did not see any white residue. The shine and beading are just outstanding.
I can say with confidence, that at this point, this is the best product I’ve used when it comes to easy waxing AND a lasting shine. Well done Turtle.
A tip that I bumped into .. was to wear those black rubber gloves .. which gives your hand excellent grip. Makes application and buffing a lot easier.

Unlike many automotive waxes/sealers/etc. this product can be applied equally effectively to all exterior vehicle surfaces – except window glass. It goes on easily and does a good job of repelling moisture. The vehicle is easy to clean once the product has been applied. Very good coverage BUT you do have to be careful when applying as it is the consistency of “milk”. Apply carefully to included sponge, follow directions and no issues. If not careful – easy to spill. I put a second application on after 30 days and apply in the fall and spring.

I have used this wax since August of 2013 when I bought a new Hyundai Elantra. This wax exceeded all of my expectations; it gives a deep, reflective shine to my black Elantra. It goes on easy and it comes off easy, as long as you follow the directions and apply a very thin coat. I wax my car in October before it gets really cold, and I don’t wax it again until April when it is sufficiently warm to do so, but I take it to the car wash every week in the interim. After 6 months of harsh New England winter weather and weekly car washes; when I wash it in April before waxing it; water beads up the same as it did when it was freshly waxed in October. Overall, I usually wax my car a total of 4 times a year, and I still haven’t used all of the original container that I bought in August of 2013 from Walmart. I purchased from Amazon this time because the price was lower. I highly recommend this product!

I’ve been using Turtle Wax Ice Liquid Wax on and off for a few years. I think there was a change in the product a couple years ago because it doesn’t seem as good as it was before. Having said that, I’m sticking with it.
I’m an old guy and starting to have back problems. Waxing my fullsize truck is getting harder and harder as time goes by. I even tried taking it to the local car detailer and have been very disappointed after spending $100.
Pro: It spreads on easily and quickly. It has the consistency of milk. Spread it thin for best results and a little goes a long way. Another nice point is that you can get it on black plastics or rubber without staining it. The best point is that if wipes off so easily. It’s almost like wiping dust off. Don’t let it over-dry and use a terry cloth. In full sun, I usually won’t let it dry more than 5-7 minutes.
Con: It only seems to last a month. The previous version seemed to last a bit over two months.
Again, I have a fullsize pickup and it takes me about 30 minutes to wax my entire truck. That also includes time to get a second beer and a snack. I even use it on my side and rear windows (instead of Rain-X) so that water beads off. Works great and lasts longer than Rain-X.

I used this on my ‘patina’ paint job after wet sanding. It gave the car a nice sheen and there was no telltale white residue on the areas with surface rust. Downside was price.
